36 Yrs Old 2 Kids 1 C Section Need Flat Stomach Again!!!!

I'm hoping to go back to what I was before my second child which was a C-section for 28 waist right now I have nothing I'm very Square . my lower abdomen still is in tight and I go to the gym 6 days a week. I'm hoping with a tummy tuck and lipo the flanks will bring me back a little bit of curve . I will keep you posted when the final day comes and the final outcome will be.
