Surgery Cali Colombia

This is my surgery journey. I decided after having liposuction in NYC last year. That I needed an excellent surgeon that could do my tummy tuck, full body lipo, a more sculpted ass, lipo under my chin. Knowing what I know now. I would only schedule my surgery in Cali. Arrive 3 days before surgery date, do your labs, consult w/ your surgeon. Also make sure your hemoglobins are a 13. The costly mistake of listening to office personal cost me $300 in iron infusions.
I will never stay at a recovery house. The $100-$125 per day being spent there can go to other things that you may want done out here. What I don't like with recovery houses, are when ladies arrive from around the world, we are not your ATM. Also most of the recovery houses do not have real nurses, that are exclusive to each patient. I got a private room on Airbnb $10-$15 per day. Because I paid weekly I got a lesser rate. When having a Tummy tuck you must stay in Cali for 18 days after surgery plus 3 days before surgery. Airbnb allowed me to have a luxurious private room & bath in luxury gated community. I hired a surgical nurse that specialized in post op care @25 for 6hrs. My nurse is awesome, she was at my bedside before my surgery, prayed with me before I got into the surgical table. My anesthesiologist & surgeon confirmed she worked for them in the past, and they wanted her back. When I woke up my nurse was the first face I saw. My nurse signed off on my paperwork, take care of my prescriptions, gave me my anticoagulant, and tramadol injections. Also she taught me how to get out of, and into the bed.
I appreciate her translating all of my paperwork at each daily post op appointments. Dr Florez does not believe in post op massages, because they are too pain, and traumatizing for patients after surgery. I had daily hyperbaric oxygen treatments, and presstherapy. The presstherapy is a machine that gently massages, and squeezes the fluid out of your drains. I am also thankful for my custom made stage 1 & stage 2 faja's, plus my face wrap all for $125. I do recommend having a nurse with you 12hrs daily for the first four days. I liked having my own quiet, peaceful place to recover, with my own nurse doing everything for me, and I didn't have to share her with other ladies at the same time I need her. I also liked that my nurse washed my faja's, and when my pain was bad. My nurse got very strong pain meds in injections & pills to make me more comfortable.
The money I saved without using a RH, allowed me to do other cosmetic procedures (teeth zoomed, eyebrows, lashes, etc)
I will post my before & after this week once my drains & stitches come out.

I have no complaints my journey has been very comfortable, peaceful and stress free. I will never advise my friends to stay at a recovery house. It feels good to go home with money, and have extra cash for other beauty treatments.

I do not know where to begin Yarleny was my angel. Yarleny signed my surgery authorization papers, being on record as being responsible for my care. My sweet nurse arrived a few hours before my surgery, directed my nurses as to how to do my IV, take blood, she got all my post op prescriptions in advance from my Anesthesiologist. My Anesthesiologist loves her, all the nurses knew her, even the lady that custom made my faja loved her.
Yarleny prayed with me before I went under anesthesia, and was the first face I saw when I woke up. I had no complications, no pain, and I was shocked that Yarleny was able to get scrubbed up, and watch over my surgery, and she helped to put me in my faja.
Yarleny was so kind to me the staff wanted her to work at the Clinic, ladies would see us out in the street, and request her card. Yarleny is a gem. I hope that no rude, mean spirited ladies call her, and mess up a good thing here in Cali because she is a real professionally trained surgical nurse, that has no desire to work with recovery houses. Yarleny only does personal one on one care, and she cooks like a chef!
