It is an effort to stay on point with diet and exercise, but you are right. It is a must.

Just take it slow and b consistent daily and you'll be back to it in no time!!! I'm 5 months out and I've hit the gym pretty hard now, only when doing rotating weighted ab workouts do I feel discomfort, unfortunately at night I swell... at least 4-5 nits a week, especially around period time. But you look amazing already so is only going to be better!!!!

Scar treatment

My scar looks pretty good as is, but I have been using rose hip, tea tree and bio oil. I just purchased kelo-cote and I will be using that on my lipo scar also

Your scar doesn't look invisible.people said Colombia gives invisible

NO SCAR will be invisible that's impossible.. If it was invisible you wouldn't see it

Over time because the scar fades and is less apparent depending on your skin type, but nothing is invisible and girls showing "invisible" scars are probably photoshopping

Your scar does look amazingly awesome though. If I choose to get a tummy tuck I can only pray my skin heals like this. My only fear of the tummy tuck which is multiple fears is the scar dehiscing and infection or keloids which I've never had one but things happen. I'm happy for you and the healing you have been blessed with. Congrats
