Your nose looks good. Leave it alone! I know exactly how you feel. I was left with uneven nostrils and a septum that now pulls to the right. Your nose is fine! Don't let anyone do anything- it may turn out worse!

Seriously, I wouldn't do another surgery to your nose. See if you can do temporary non surgical if you really think there is anything wrong. But please, I think your nose is great and wouldn't chance a 2nd surgery. Way too risky. Take care and I hope you find solace in that everyone here thinks your nose is great.

I've done a revision and still need another. Both of my noses never looked as good as yours does now. Your nose looks great. Please don't mess with good enough. Unless there is something these photos are not revealing, my sincere advice is to leave it as is. All the best!

Why are you saying you are six months "pre"? Have you chosen someone already? Do you have your operative notes from your primary surgeon so you can best inform your current one what has been done? Do you have pictures of your nose before any surgery so he can make an educated guess? Because if anything has been done to your nasal tip cartilages, if your bones have been broken, etc.--these are things you will need. How is your breathing? I am sending you a message. Do not rush in. There are so many more risks to revision rhinoplasty because you are coming to a new surgeon with scar tissue and whatever changes the nose has undergone since the previous surgery. More than that--not all surgeons are willing to do the same things for you or work with you the same way.

what is your breathing like these days? Forgive me if you've answered that already. I kind of try to go through the thread before looking dumb and asking redundant queations, but sometimes I fail ;) Can you breathe normally through both nostrils without snoring or mouth-breathing at night? What did your primary surgeon tell you that he did to your nose during the primary?

You're very pretty and your nose is quite small and cute already. Not sure what look you're going for but please you may want to ask your surgeon not to overly thin or shorten the nose. You need only some "finesse" which are very slight refinements in order to keep a natural look. Best of luck!
