WORTH IT$2,600
About 8 months ago, I came across photos from a thread on LSA. From there, I was lead to here and shortly after, the surgery ig community. My body is what I consider average, but with the help of my doc I'm hoping I'll have  a slim curvy physique. I stumbled across Dr Lilian Franco from joining the Colombian Mamacitas fb group. I've been in Cali, CO going on consults and did not feel a 100% certain about the doctor I choose when flying in. I originally was looking at Dr Hernando Florez and Fernando Ortega). I canceled both surgeries and fell in love with Dr Franco. Next thing you know, I sent a WhatsApp message to her assistant and was told to come in for a consultation. Dr. Franco is so sweet, polite, and thorough about her work. Once I met her, she started right away examining my body, checking my medical history, and ordering for me to take a few more exams. I also met her anesthesiologist who was so humorous, serious, and explained what his job would be. I feel so confident in her ability to give me results similar to, Ayisha  Diaz. I have one more additional lab test in the morning and sx will be tomorrow. I'll be posting as the days go by.  For any females wanting to go abroad, make sure to receive medical clearance by your doc back home and have access to post op care with your PCP. Had this not been an option for me, I'd stay in the states. My advice to dolls is verifying that your doc is board certified, looking for articles posted in publications, malpractice suits, reputable hospital,  and speaking to the patient of his or her patients. Medical tourism may not be everyone, but if you're wanting to take that step, please do in depth research.

When I went to her, she was in the process of getting board certified. I don't think she still is on the website. There are a lot of docs to choose from on the site that are.

Hello there. I am currently in Cali, Colombia. My surgery is this coming Tuesday. I am getting my surgery done by the Dr Lillian Franco, too. I am going in for a breast augmentation, lipoescultura and having that fat transferred to my glĂșteos. I have a question for you. Will she come in to the preop to make sure you breast size is the one we want. She told me that they had some models to try on. Also, will she gives us the time to mark all the areas I want fat extracted from? And the last terrifying thing for me is going in to see the doctor on the 2 day post op. Will I even be able to walk to my appointment? I would appreciate it your answers.

May I ask why u chose against Dr Fernando Ortega? I was thinking of going to him

The issue was form of payment he accepted. He told me he accepted visa and on the day of sx, he tells me he needs cash. I didn't have enough time to withdraw money since the bank closed. I think I was just frustrated and ended up switching docs. It was that, plus he has strict schedule

I went to Clinica Ottorinolargologua de Occidente and the place was very intimate and small. I checked in with my nurse who helped fill out paperwork and translate. I then went to a private room to change into a cloth, socks, and blue shower cap. I met both my doc, her assistant, and anesthesiologist who wheeled me off to the OR. In the OR, I was cleaned down and st down on the table and was administered meds by my anesthesiologist. Everything was a blur. I was asleep the entire time. I sat in my bed until the nurse made sure I can walk on my own. The assistant and my doc, I was able to speak to through what's app post op. From looking at my body, She did a great job with the lipo. My booty is more medium sized. I did not want a super big butt. I'll keep updating you as the days go by. I'm scheduled for a second massage tmrw and have a few appts scheduled for next wk in the states . I officially made it to the flat side

Her assistant is so sweet. Her work reminds me of Dr Duran in DR. She's really nice and attentive. I'm happy so far. I'm just really swollen and need to be in my faja lol. Who else are you considering

how was the pain you ddint even mention it?

My pain level was 3. I felt very sore like similar to an intense workout. I moved slower post op, but after a week and a half, I was back to normal. The only thing that was uncomfortable for me was the swelling. But I stayed in my faja and it helped
