Dr Luis Plazas Barbie Doll! Cali, CO

I am 28 years old from new york. 142 lbs 5'4 going to cali colombia for a bbl, buccal fat removal, and breast augmentation. I am leaving on may 1. I have never met dr plazas but i have seen his work and i think he does aggressive lip and really knows how to shape a womans body.
a lot of my girlfriends are from colombia and have gotten plastic surgery. I am not worried about that they really know what they are doing with medical advances. i have read great reviews on dr plazas and have spoken to him via whatsapp for 2 months now. although i did text him this week to let me know what time to come in to the office on monday for my lab test and he hasn't answered me in 4 days.. a little worried about that but i think he is just busy.
i first wanted to go to alfredo hoyos because he developed vaser lipo but his quote was too much and couldn't afford that and travel to colombia. i choose not to stay at a recovery house because i really want people around me i trust since being in a foreign country. my boyfriend is coming with me and we rented an airbnb. I also have my friends mother in law that lives in colombia coming to take care of me since her daughters have had plastic surgery also.
i haven't met anyone or spoke to anyone that has received surgery from dr plazas, but please let me know if you have! i am nervous, scared, and excited at the same time. i am bringing cash with me since i am scared of debit and credit card fees.
i have already gotten my breasts done here in new york 8 years ago and they have sagged and have a gap in between, but i also got saline. i really want to switch to silicone and since i am going under i might as well do everything at once. i have attached my wish picture. i hope he can take out 25lbs so i can be skinnier with a bubble but! please let me know if you have any advice!
