Round 2 Dr Alder Henao - Colombia

This is my second round I went to Dr Yily almost 4 years ago. I wanted to have a revision rhinoplasty but was not comfortable having facial work done in the DR ( doctors like Yily and Duran are way too busy for me to trust my face to them). I began researching and came up with Colombia. I started in Bogota and eventually made my way to Cali. One day I said you're going to be under for your nose why not get a little lipo as well. Over the course of the last 3 1/2 years I gained almost 20 pounds. I work in the evening and coming home late at night your choices on what to eat are pretty slim. So poor diet and lack of real exercise did me in.
I arrived in Cali on Thursday the 14th did blood work, and met the doctor on Friday the 15th and had surgery on Saturday the 16th. I was originally scheduled for surgery with Dr Villalobos but the vibe was off with them especially his wife. Just something about her rubbed me the wrong way and I will leave it at that. Dr Henao is not a fluent English speaker, I don't speak Spanish but he took the time to explained every minute detail of my surgery to me and still asked if I had anymore questions.
The day of surgery I got there at 6 am. The building was clean. His assistant had trouble finding a vein for the IV but that's normal for me. I met with the doctor again so he could mark me . He asked me again what what were my surgery goals. We talked about places I had fat deposits and where I would like far injected. I asked him not to make my butt huge because I don't like that. They sprayed me down with anti microbial solution I laid on the table and I was out. I woke up freezing but they had a blower and multiple blankets on me. My throat was killing me from the breathing tube used with general anesthesia. I went back to the recovery house. I woke up had surgery and I was back at the recovery house by 4 pm. I slept for hours. I asked him about the stuffing my nose with gauze prior to surgery because it's honestly just the worst feeling ever. I had it with my first rhino and shad a full emotional meltdown because I couldn't breathe. He didn't say anything but he didn't use the packing in my nose so I would be comfortable. He did say he would break the nasal bones to get a narrow more projected look. So far I am pleased and there is tons of swelling. Back to the bbl.
So I had Sunday to recover and the massages which were included in the package started on Monday. In his package you get 10 massages, medical insurance, 2 fajas, post op medicine and vitamins Etc. this time around my body is retaining far more fluid that the first time. I could literally see it under my ski and you could actually push it around. The massages have been great for it. I took over the counter pain medication for the first two days. I haven't taken any pain medication in about 3 days. didn't feel the need for the ones he gave. So a week post op my waist is measuring 24.5 inches and I was about 27 inches when I got here. I am still super swollen and needing more massages. I purchased a few on groupon.
My massages were done by his assistant Andrea who is such a lovely girl despite her not speaking much English. I've attached some pics here.
