I brought some stuff that was very use full and a couple things I didn't use . It's almost hard to remeber because this was 3 years ago . Here it goes .
1 large pack of poise female pads . (Not regular pads ,poise more absorbant) 1 pack should be enough

3 packs of chuxs/ dog potty training sheets (the recovery house had them and usually always put them on bed for me ) so I only used like 1 pack .

Bring alot of loose clothes , long dresses ,undershirts is a must .

Mosquito repellant

Stool softener (meds make up backed up)
Sleeping aid (you can get something natural from health store or walmart, good ingredients are Valerian and or passion flower )
Muscle relaxant
Arnica gel / and oral pills for massages /bruising and inflammation .
Look up other things that are anti inflammatory I.e. acai berry etc

Hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes . (I did not use Clorox wipes .the house was very clean .

Easy slide on shoes

Antibacterial body wash and antiseptic wash ( I didn't open mine because the recovery house provided me with some day of surgery . You must wash your body day of surgery pre surgery with it as it kills all bacteria on body ) than antibacterial body wash for days after surgery .

Buy butt round pillow it's a life saver your best bet is to purchase the bbl pillow in Colombia . Super easy to find .

Big granny panties .

Funnel to pee ( I regret not getting one ,I was peeing alot on my self everytime I peed

I brought more things than I needed but above mentioned is the nessesites. A good idea is to go with your hair braided . You won't have time or energy at all to get all cute. I would of liked to bring my own blanket for emotional support something from home it's an emotional rollercoaster . And prepare for massages . I've never felt something so painful in my life !!!!

I plan to go to cabral between April-aug 2018 . This year . I want
- liposculture
- bbl ( I just want to fill the bottom henao didn't do that, and fill my lopsided side lol )
As I gain weight it all goes to my thighs and butt before my stomach . I dont want more booty .
- Lipo in inner thighs
-lipo arms
-lipo chin

I also want a a breast lift and making my nipples smaller . So it would be a reconstruction job so I only want to go to the best . I want to go to Dr.buritica in Cali Colombia . He is very dilengent ,safe and he uses really good breast implant brand . He is pricey but it's worth it for your body . I know I could get boobs done by cabral for like 1500 more but I don't like his boobs jobs much . Dr. Buritica is charging about $5,000 usd for breast lift and implants and reconstructing the breasts .
I plan to go to cabral . Wait about 2 months mabye and do my boobs in Colombia . Than maintain with excersises and healthy eating the first round I felt so good and skinny I thought I would never gain weight . Now I'm wider than if I didn't have surgery because I notice my butt and thighs get the fat first .

Hey it's been 3 years since I've had surgery . I've been happy but have also gained weight and ready for round 2.
In total surgery cost came up to about Almost $6,000 cad or about $4,000 use (the Canadian dollar is bad) and I spent about $2,000 cad in . Recovery house ,flight , recovery house and extra money . Well mabye a bit more that $2,000 But I am sure I spent no more than $8,000 for everything this includes $1,000 cad for extra tip / emergency money .
I have since gained some weight due partly to health issues with my metabolism .I've never had a problem . I do feel like my left hip is starting to change slightly in shape because I always sleep on that side . I am planning round 2 soon . Hopefully with cabral . I'd never thought I would say that because I am afraid of the horror stories but I really feel i will be happy and I know girls personally that look good and have had no complications . I am a generally very healthy and young . Not a smoker and not on birth control and I have done alot of research and am convinced that betters my odds of staying healthy and healing right. I would like to mention I was so happy with Dr. Henao he has the best vibes and energy and is super professional and makes you feel safe . He gave me that gut feeling and intuition that everything was going to be ok . I dont know how many ccs in my butt and boobs I got 390 cc high profile which I reccomend 100% I love the projection .
