Smart Lipo- Flanks, Back Fat, Inner Outer Thighs and Front of Thighs - Calhoun, GA

I have been feeling great and I am back to my work out routine...I am in a step down garment , same as the first one just smaller with no zippers etc. I go back to the dr next week for another follow-up and I will post more pics after my visit..

Day12- I went hiking today, felt fine.. I sweat a lot in the garment, it's hot..today I was amazed at the difference from day1... Getting excited seeing great results.. I need to take a pic of my back as well to show difference..

Day10- went to doctor yesterday for 1 week follow-up and doc said I looked great, hardly any bruising and I have to wear the garment 24/7 for 6 more weeks until my 6 week check up.. My incisions are all closed and almost completely gone. I was cleared to workout..Doc advised i would get tired easy..Tried the elliptical and was already tired after 10 min..but stayed the course and did only 30 min...
