I got this tattoo when I was 17. I don't have a huge regret story, it's just that I didn't think well enough about the placement and that for work purposes I now have to get it removed. I will be going through (hopefully) a full removal. At the time of starting this post I have had 2 session, with some great results and some slower than I'd hoped results.
Photo's will be added along the way. I have pre, after 1st and after 2nd that will be posted shortly, and I'll be undergoing my 3rd treatment the first week of July.
I'd love to hear about any one else's experience with PicoSure. Would be nice to see some real cases of full removal. I'm hopeful but cautious.....

Here's a before picture and a couple pictures of my initial two treatments. For my first treatment I used both Elma cream and a compound topical cream that my laser tech applied for 45 minutes before the treatment, I felt almost nothing. I iced about 1.5 hours after the treatment and got small blisters throughout the tattoo, especially in the brown and black areas, they were itchy and uncomfortable and lasted for about 3-4 days. I iced almost constantly for the first 24 hours.
For my second treatment I did not use Elma, but the strong topical cream at my doctors office was applied twice and left for about an hour. I also brought and ice pack that was kept in the freezer while we did the treatment. This treatment was a lot more painful than the first. I applied ice immediately following the treatment. I did not blister at all.
All blue in my tattoo, as you can see in the pictures responded immediately and more than 1/2 is gone, areas of lighter black or brown shading have started to dissipate. I have very fair skin, and have started to notice what looks like a bit of darkening of the skin around some of the light blue (hyper pigmentation- I think), but as far as I've heard this is normally temporary, I guess we'll see.
There is one spot of red in the tattoo, it has not seemed to respond well at all to PicoSure, there is almost no fading at all, also a small yellow spot that I have doesn't seem to be responding all that well.
The remainder of the tattoo, and thick lines look like what I can describe best as fuzzy... they are less defined than they were although they remain. it also overall looks much less bright than it did prior to starting treatments.
I'll try to include some close ups that will show the 'fuzzy lines'

Hey, looks pretty good to me for only two sessions. How long did you wait between sessions? Thanks for sharing!

Thanks @byetattoo! I'm feeling cautiously optimistic :-) It was only 6 weeks between treatments. Next one will be in about 2 weeks.
