So I have just started. From the right angles my teeth look pretty straight. But a big old smile and revealed my front teeth to start crossing and my incisors never grew in completely. So I decided to go for the refinements to have a smile I would have to think about (I also go acting and auditions so I needed an option that would be minimally invasive into day to day life. I will also have a proper bite at the end of this. Went with an Ortho instead of a dentist and I would highly recommend this despite the additional cost.

So I got a lot of buttons, but I thought I would post mine so people could get a realistic perspective on how "bad" the buttons look on and off.

Do you have an agent? I also do acting and auditions and am a little nervous that invisalign will ruin potential opportunities.

Hey, I do. As of yet no directorhas yet. But you can actually get the dentist/ortho to file down the buttons pretty quickly. It costs a rescan and a new moulding tray about a $150-200 estimate to redo it.

Almost a quarter of the way there. My bottom tray is out of sync and on the 3rd tray: to file down my teeth it they had to use spacers which messed around with the timing. To catch up, the top trays are on a 16 day cycle, the bottom tray on a 14 day cycle. Still not seeing a major difference, but still feel tightness with new trays.
