First, a little about me:
I'm a 29 yr old mom of a 3 yr old and 1 year old. I breastfed both my kids but only for a small period of time. I'm currently 128 lbs, 5'6" tall and wear a 32 D bra. I basically fill the bottom of the bra with nothing left on top. When I was young, I had bigger boobs than my sisters and most of my friends. I've always had pretty full boobs and I honestly had never really considered getting a BA..... until I had kids. I was mortified when I quit feeding my first child and realized that she literally sucked the meat right out! My son came two years later and even further deflation and stretching happened. I expressed my concerns to my husband and began thinking very seriously about a lift and BA. During that time, I also began working out with a trainer several times per week and lost even more boobage. Needless to say, I decided to put the BA plan on the fast track and began my doc research. I had my first consult back in January of this year with Dr Whidden. I did a lot of research and felt that he was most qualified for what I am looking for.
The Consultation:
My consult with him was very professional and relaxed. He gave me plenty of time to discuss my needs and wants and also provided me with his professional opinion on what would be best for me given my desired results. He has a great bedside manner and comes across very knowledgable and kind.
Dr Whidden's Recommendations:
Upon taking my measurements, he proceeded to tell me that it was his professional opinion that a breast lift would not be necessary. He felt that with the right sized implant and the right shape, I could achieve the look I'm going for without it. He explained that while I don't have a true sag, I do have a lot of "heaviness" at the bottom of my breasts from all the stretching during my child bearing years. He recommended a 470cc implant in my right and a 490cc in my left and high profile to get those nipples lookin up! ;) All in all, it's been a very positive experience with him and his staff so far.
My Conserns:
I'm a little concerned about the size. I'm really not looking to have [RS bleep] star type boobs... I honestly just want as close as I can get to having my old boobs back. I do feel like I need to trust Dr. Whidden as he is the professional but I might bring up my concern one last time before I go in for surgery. My other concerns are probably fairly typical to anyone electively going under the knife... will I be ok?.... will they look right?.... Am I going to regret this? Etc..
I'm 5 weeks from my surgery today. Wish me luck!

10 days away! Time for some before photos
Oh. My. God. 10 more days and I'll finally have my boobs back! I've decided to post some before photos from before I had children (yup..., just found some that I had sent my husband many moons ago!! Lol) and then I'll post some of my current situation. I think it shows why I want this so bad. Sorry... my before kids photos are kinda riskay!!

What size and shape, placement are you going for- i al on the same pay except I think my boobs are more empty than yours- they only fill out when I'm due on- when I'm not it's like there's nothing there! I think your pre op boobs actually look kinda good

Thank you. They aren't horrible but they are also really empty just after my period. My current breasts photo was taken mid cycle. I am going for 470cc's in my right breast and 490ccs in my left as per my doctors recommendation. Round, full projection, smooth unders. I'm a bit concerned that they will be too big so I might bring that up just before surgery on Wednesday. Wishing you the best with your own journey!

Yep similar to mine- I would love some fullness back- I don't even care if they aren't really high up or anything just want the volume I've lost back - let us know how you get on and best of luck!!

Your stomach! You’re the smoke show here

Thank you :) That was before my kids but I was pretty fortunate that my stomach went back. I never got stretch marks on it. My hips and breasts were affected most.

Sizing concerns
K... I'm getting cold feet about the size. Surgery is 3 days away and I'm really concerned that my new humps will look like mountains. I've decided to call in tomorrow and express my concern. Hopefully I'll have enough time to review it quickly with Dr. Whidden before surgery. I'll post after surgery if I end up going down in cc's.

Three days away!! I bet you are so excited & full of nerves! I have 6 months to wait & I am still going back and forth on my size. I am going with HP 500/ 520 ccs. I think sizing as been the hardest decision of this process so far. It is very nerve racking lol. Good luck to you. I hope you have a smooth surgery& Pain free recovery. I wish mine was only 3 days away! It's so hard to wait.

Thanks I'm definitely a ball of nerves right now. Sizing is so hard so decide on... :/ I'm hoping that a good talk with my doctor will help resolve any uncertainties.
