week 5

Feeling much better can now sleep on my side but end of day nipples are on fire....have been massaging with Bio Oil twice a day and it makes a wonderful difference...also use scar away strips and scars are very nice......longer recovery than I thought...

Week 4

Just started week four and still do not like the torpedo look of my breasts so will not post pics until they fall more. Have to say week 3 was the most excruciating pain I have had. Surgery was nothing. It seemed like something was clamped onto my breasts and wouldn't let go and it lasted the WHOLE week!! I've been told to relax and just let it do it's thing....cant wait until this is over. Any advice how to tame these muscle spasms?? I will post after photos soon

5 days post op

Well that was waaaay easier than I thought...surgery was thursday and I was off narcotics on Saturday and no tylenol just sleeping pills at night to get good sleep....highly recommend a good wedge pillow, you won't reget it. Check up tomorrow some nursing setting in. I don't like how lare they are so hopeful they settle nicely...so glad stich are disolveable....I'll post after pics one I can see them looking nicer....bruising aND swelling still
