calf implant consult done
i had my consult and it went really well! i drove 3 hours to encino for it, the consult was quick but the coordinator was really helpful and answered all my questions. i’m doing one inner medial liquid silicone implant in each leg, the same kind they use in breast implants so they'll be soft not solid. it’s about 17k total. im also doing neck lipo at the same time which is +5k. i paid my 1k deposit with my debit card and i’m officially booked for october 1, but i might push it back just a little bc it is more $$ than i thought
my goal is for the inner calf to project at least halfway to my inner knee from the side. i’m not doing anything on the outer calves just focusing all the volume on the inner side to get that hyperfeminine, athletic look. everyone's trying to talk me out of it but they obviously don't have the same standard of beauty that i do. anyways i’m really excited!! this has been on my wishlist forever i can’t wait to see the final result

consult with sean younai monday! finally! here are a set of calf implants done by him
it’s july 2025 and i’m finally at a point in my life where i can afford to go to a top tier surgeon in the u.s. (aka i paid down my carecredit and got a credit limit increase). i chose dr. sean younai for my calf implants because i genuinely want the best of the best for this surgery. his work speaks for itself, it’s exactly the look i’ve been dreaming about. the calves he creates have that soft, high volume, bubbly, cartoon shape that reminds me of gymnast legs or frog legs in the best way. they look strong and exaggerated, like you could jump super high. and the muscle belly fullness, i’m obsessed.
i’ve always loved the look of full, round calves, and i don’t know why. to me, they’re just so feminine and powerful. i’m so glad i decided to go with my dream surgeon instead of settling. calf revisions are common, so it’s worth doing it right the first time.
my previous surgeon option used solid silicone implants, which would’ve given a harder, less natural result. dr. younai uses liquid silicone implants similar to what’s used in breast implants which allows the calves to look smooth, soft, and more natural. that made all the difference for me. it gives the legs a seamless look instead of something hard and obvious. i’m genuinely so excited and relieved to be going to a surgeon that did my dream calf implant wish pics. it still feels like a dream. sometimes it is worth going to that expensive beverly hills surgeon.
according to the website the price will be $10k which isn't a lot for great calf implants. consult monday i will keep you all updated i plan on getting this done asap!
