I am booked with Dr. Gabriel Lobo in Cucuta Colombia for May 2018. Pretty blind to it all. I don't have much research nor can I find a actual person with before and after results or at least comments. I will keep you posted. Communication is pretty hard and I am bilingual. Does anyone have anymore information?
