I've always wanted to get a curvy & prominent booty, with a small waist and I'm finally starting my journey with Dr. Mendieta.
Scheduled: Aug 14, 2020Coming from NYC to MiamiReviewed many doctors: Fisher, Williams, Dowbak, Chang & Dr V - Choose Dr. Mendieta based on his accreditation's, years of experience, dedication to teaching the safety of BBL & his work. It was between him & Fisher, but I started to realize that Fisher was doing a lot of BBLs, and didn't meet patients directly. I needed to talk & meet with the doctor first hand. I didn't want to be a number.Consult with Dr Mendieta: Informative, he has done a lot of work to increase credentials, and hone his skill. He was nice, but not too over the top. He answered all my questions & was professional. He went beyond our allotted time.About me: I'm 5'2" currently at 126 pounds. I work out, eat super healthy & have recently lost about 10 pounds in 2-3 months. So now I'm worried about having sufficient fat to give me a big booty. I'm going to ask him for a big one because I have a feeling my body will burn some of it. I'm eating good fats now, avocado, salmon, some brown rice noodles, tofu, & lots of veggies & protein to gain weight. I don't want to feel weak during surgery so I'm switching to weight training & core vs. Running & HITT workouts.Working on the following so any top recommendations are appreciated!* AirBNB* lymphatic Massages (absolutely not skipping)* He doesn't do broads for the stomach but I want to do it, has anyone else experienced this with Dr M?* Deciding on the J Plasma it's extra money, & wondering if anyone else has done it & can share if the results are worth it, and it will indeed give you smoother skin.* question for you all who have gone through this, what did you do immediately after surgery? Sleep or stay awake.*my pics, I'm super shy so it took a lot to post but hopefully I will get honest opinions on expectations for those experienced girls* advice welcomed!My goal is to try & be as organized with my thoughts & journey to share in our experiences

Hey! I was thinking of going with Fisher as well! I’ve had lipo in 2016, and I was great after surgery, got up and walked to out my clothes on myself. Now I’m looking into getting a BBL. I was sleep during my lipo! If you don’t mind me asking what did he quote you for everything? I want J Plasma too!

No hidden fees if you do your research, post OP care and supplies will be expensive, expect a minimum of an extra $1,000 on massages and stage 2 n 3 fajas

Good luck on your journey! I had my bbl with Dr. Mendieta in April 2019. He recommended j plasma for me. I declined. I lead already spending a lot. I didn’t think needed it my results came out great without it. Based on your pictures and your height and weight. I really don’t think you need it. His office offers massage services. The woman is nice however I did not go through them I went somewhere else but maybe I should have gone to them. I flew done from Boston. Air bnb I stayed at was pricy but it was called icon in brickell. After surgery I was in a lot of pain so I was awake for a while and then eventually fell asleep for a bit by not for long.

Interesting, I have been back & forth with the J Plasma. My main reason for wanting it was to get rid of the loose skin that I have when I bend over. I've had 2 children. I'm still up in the air about it, thank you for saying I don't need it. Where did you go get massages? Did they do lymphatic massages with the infra light? Thank you for all this information so helpful. How do you like your results now?

Yes I completely get wanting to get the j plasma as well. I’m 5’4 and I weighed around 155 and he was able to snatch my stomach. I was so surprised at how great of a job he did on my stomach. I went to my body contour 305 for my massages. I had mixed feelings about them. I really wish I chose to do them at dr mendietas office. But I still turned out fine. I end up just finishing my massages when I got back home. I love my results. Dr. Mendieta is amazing. His very skilled and his work is very natural looking. I love my shape. Although I did lose more fat than I would have liked to. If I could do it again I def would not have chosen another doctor.

That's what I am afraid of, which is why I am gaining. I don't want to lose fat in my butt. I'm going to ask him to go big or go home! Believe we are only supposed to lose less than 30% so I'm just praying it sticks.

Scheduled for surgery with Dr. M in Oct and I’m on the fence about j plasma because of the additional cost. Did you end up getting it and were you happy that you did (or didn’t) do it?

Same! It was between two dr but chose mendieta because of his natural results. My surgery is scheduled for December, hopefully corona doesn't push it back! Im also 5'2" and weight around 115lbs. Im not worried about having Enough fat because legally they can only take out up to 8lbs of fat :) cant wait to see your results! Im hoping since we don't require aggressive lipo we will be in less pain

My coordinator said if I'm worried to gain five pounds, but I might gain the ten, if possible. I'm already at 130 pounds right now, but 4-5 pounds is easy. I'm sure my nerves before surgery will actually effect my weight in that it will go down. That's a good point on being aggressive with the lipo, also my frame is smaller, so perhaps my waist will snatch a bit better. I'm so excited! I'll continue to share updates as I come closer for surgery. I'm going to be planning my list soon :)

How exciting! I have mine July 27, Lipo 360 and bbl but with Dr. Moradian. I was also thinking of j plasma but most of the pictures that I see of women's stomach that resembles mine, Lipo seems to have done the job. But I don't know if the doctor has to feel the skin. Did your doctor mention anything about the skin?

He said it's the non surgical solution to a TT. I've had two children so there's some softness & stretch has taken place on my tummy. No matter how much I work out there's a skin. It hangs when I'm bending down if I am in gym clothes so I just want it to be smoothed out. My biggest priority is getting more booty, and then tight small waist & flat flat tummy.

Dr Mendieta is truly a professional. I have learned so much since starting my journey. For one, getting a IG sx page is key. It's important to keep up with the community & get advise from other dolls.

How long did the pain last for after the surgery? I am planning on going, but I am also a student. So, I am not sure I should do it.

I went to this doctor and I’m 3 weeks post op. Pain lasts about a week or two. You’re more sore than anything. My pain level was about 4 after surgery. It’s more uncomfortable than painful.

My body has changed completely! It looks amazing and I’m happy with my results. I’m loyal to my faja, invested in waist training and working out to improve upon the results Dr. Mendieta has given me. I’ll probably do a second round but it’s only because I want more projection and seeking to get rid of uneven lipo results on lower belly. It’s not very noticeable, just to myself so it’s all for me.
