2 years post butt lift with fat tranfer

WORTH IT
I remain happy with my results & have no regrets about having this procedure- My scar is fully matured, thin & white. Over time, some of the fat that I had transferred has been reabsorbed - this is in my left hip area & presents itself as a small ' hip dip'.Fat reabsorbtion is not uncommon and I was made aware of this prior to my procedure. I have discussed this with Mrs. Kat( my surgeon), who is happy to treat the area of concern with a small revision. Hope that this helps anyone out there considering this procedure- I have included some recent pics X

1 Year post op -butt lift with fat transfer

A year on from my procedure I am happy still with the results. The fat transfer has added volume & projection to my bum in a natural looking way. My goal was not to achieve a 'big bubble butt '& my surgeon has delivered results that I am pleased with. I think a total of 500 cc fat was required for the transfer -( So 250 ccs for each butt cheek). Once the swelling & healing had subsided my bum did 'settle/ relax' and it is not as pert as it was immediately after the surgery, but this is to be expected- Also I am no spring chicken as I turn 50 next year so my skin quality is not that of a 20 year old! My surgeon has stream lined my hips / lateral thigh area which I really like- I had lipo around my lower back ( which contributed to fat transfer) & in conjunction with my TT that I had a year previously I think that the butt lift has worked well to transform my shape.
My thighs still have cellulite & some loose skin from previous lipo ( 3 yrs ago)- the butt lift does not address this -My surgeon gave me realistic expectation about this too. As stated previously though ,the butt lift does offer some improvement over the lateral thigh area. I have posted some up to date pics & pre butt lift pics for comparison too. I hope that this may be of help to anyone considering this procedure- Bye for now X

So awesome. The mature scars look good. It is great to see a surgery go around the back, tummy tucks & breast lifts look great but just don’t finish the job around the whole body. Thanks for the updates!
Thanks X : )
Outstanding results!!! You look great!!! And couldn’t help noticing those guns too girl, you rock!!!
Thankyou! I see from your review that you have been on quite a journey too- I also understand your concerns re: future surgery / healing. You had a rough few months, but your positivity got you through it & your results are lovely! Xx
Thank you hun

Nearly 6 months post BL

Hi everyone, so nearly 6 months has passed now since my surgery. My scar has been healing beautifully which is a blessing & to be totally honest I didn't really use the AVST oil that often. My ' new body shape' has been emerging over the last few months and I am really pleased with how things are shaping up- I have to be honest again though and state that now the operative swelling has subsided & that soft tissues are 'settling' I feel a bit more wobbly and lax in my bottom if you know what I mean! ?... that being said, I still do genuinely feel that this procedure has been worth it & have no regrets at all. With my healing I am still experiencing numbness in places, but it's no big deal- no pain at all it just feels a bit weird sometimes. I did put on a few pounds over Xmas ( not that I have weighed myself) - I can just tell by how my clothing fits! ...So I'm still working off the over indulgence with sensible eating & exercise. Xmas is always my splurge time! I still feel body confident though and love to wear clothes that I wouldn't have done prior to my TT & BL- I used to wear baggy clothing to hide my body but now I feel comfortable wearing outfits that are much more fitted and suited to my body shape & I love that I feel comfortable doing that.I have posted some more progress pics- hope everyone is doing great- Bye for now X

Wow hun. You look awesome!! Did they transfer any fat into your bottom during the lift or is that just how round it is after the lift? Again hun, you look wonderful!!
Sorry just read again and saw you DID have fat transfer to butt. Good to know
Ha ha- yes fat transfer to both butt cheeks - thanks X
You look insane! I see you had loose skin like me on the back of the thighs and it is now gone. Was a thigh lift involved? I don't see any scars under your behind ?
you look incredible! so amazing to see how well your scar has healed! it’s so encouraging as I start the scar healing process!!
Thanks Zoe- you're looking pretty incredible too I might add! X
Hi american beauty queen, thanks! ....No thigh lift- but with this procedure my surgeon did lift & remove some skin on my lateral thighs/ hips.I have no incisions under my bum cheeks - just an incision around my sides & back above butt cheeks. I also had fat transfer to my butt cheeks.I do still have some loose skin but not as much & I still have cellulite that I had prior to surgery on the back of my thighs- this procedure doesn't address that - but my surgeon explained that to me before surgery, so I'm cool with that- Are you considering a butt lift too? ..X
Looking GReat lady!! Surely the wobbly feeling is because you are not heavily working out on that area.yet? Anyway you look amazing and you definitely deserve such great results!xx
Ha ha , thanks hun- am hitting the weights hard again to lessen the wobblies! Xx
Thank you for the update, you look terrific. Youthful and healthy. You do not look wobbly or chubby IMHO, the softness/padding looks natural.
Hi Vicenza, thank you - I am my own worst critic! ..hiw are things going with you? X
