An expensive mistake

My butt implants are painful and extremely obvious from any angle. They poke out when I sit in chairs, bend over, lay down, you name it. I'm getting them removed in a few days with another doctor. I'm terrified because I wanted the surgery with shifrin to be the last I'd have. My body doesn't look different and I'm in pain, what a waste

I weight 163lbs which is lighter than my post op weight in 2021. The fat injected on my hips and butt fell down for the most part and my bra fat is uneven (noticeable when I gain weight). The butt implants are not firm in anyway and sometimes it's uncomfortable to sit on my butt. The implants are noticeable in some angles and when I bend over. Since there is more fat towards the bottom of my butt, the implant isn't as noticeable to touch but at the top it's very noticeable. When I lean against walls or make contact with hard surfaces, my butt feels sensitive and uncomfortable. The woman who gave me the quote stopped replying to my emails and taking my calls, at some point she kept saying she forgot, so I was unable to get a quote for a second procedure until I came back to the office months later. I went to the office because of nerve pain which later resolved itself. I asked for a quote and the woman wouldn't meet with me. Instead, one of the girls from the front desk had to relay what I said to her and request a quote for me. I don't believe I ever disrespected that woman simply because there was no reason to talk about anything besides a quote. If I did disrespect her, it was unintentional, she clearly didn't give me the chance to apologize. I want to proceed with a 2nd BBL but the office hasn't replied to my email yet.
