Butt Implants with Bbl

I got butt implants with liposuction done to my flanks, abdomen, full back and smart liposuction to my arms. The fat was used for my hips and butt. Growing up I was over weight and for years I dedicated my life to a healthy lifestyle. I became well versed in weight training and did so everyday. I completely changed my diet and I lost over 30 pounds. I was left with saggy breasts, arms, loose flanks, and incredibly stubborn fat. No matter what I did to better my body I still felt like I looked "deflated." After having a breast augmentation and lift, that brought tremendous confidence, I decided to get lipo with butt implants. I am now 3 weeks post op. He did a great job, but because of the stress and toll I'm beginning to regret the surgery.
Pros
1. Dr. Shifrin is very professional and has a great bedside manner.
2. When you talk to his staff in person (and when they do respond on the phone) they are incredibly nice and professional. I've felt judged by the staff at other offices and Dr.shifrins staff hasn't made me uncomfortable at all.
3. Because of the stress I'm under, I've called quite a few times to have questions and concerns answered. I've never received attitude or a lack of care towards my questions and concerns which feels great.
4. I do feel like Dr. Shifrin did an amazing job.
5. I extremely pleased with my arms, hips, and back.
6. I trust his judgment and expertise. I haven't discussed anything with him recently, but he overall did deliver a natural look and I find that very important.
Cons
1. I had my drains taken out a week after my surgery and days later i began to leak out of my incisions. It's been over 5 days of having to deal with blood/puss like fluid coming out in large quantities. The first night I had to stand in a tub for a while because of how much was draining out (well over a cup of fluid.) Every time I lay down, I have to wear a period pad to catch the fluid and I go through 5 of them a day. When I get up to walk every 2 hours, I have to put a paper towel between my cheeks so fluid doesn't get on the floors. Dr.Shifrin claims it is normal, but it's quite stressful to deal with and its extremely exhausting and frustrating. He said it would stop within 5 days, but I'm still draining.
2. I don't feel confident about the results because the only difference I've noticed, and others have noticed, are in my arms, back and hips; otherwise, I look exactly the same.
3. During the consultation and pre-op, I explained, in detail, what would make me happy and I edited photos of myself to represent an end result I'd be happy with. He said I wouldn't look exactly like it, but I would look close to it. Like I said, I'm only 3 weeks out but I'm as flat as a board and my waist/stomach doesn't look too different. It takes 3-6 months to see the final results, so I hope the result eventually aligns with the goal of the surgery.
4. The staff doesnt respond to emails and his on call nurses almost never answer.
To clarify: The photos with the yellow bra are post op photos. The photos in the black bra are pre op photos. The photo that says "goal" contains the photos I edited.

Hello, I was wondering if you could post a video. That's a lot of money to spend and not get The results you want. I have a consultation with him June for the same thing

Are you happy? Did you expect different results? Are you still in pain?

Since I have not fully recovered from surgery, I cannot say if I am happy or unhappy about the results yet. Most of the swelling should be gone next month (which is the 3rd month). I expected results close to the photos I edited and it's too early to say if I've achieved that. No, all the pain is gone. I only get pain when I'm standing or walking for too long and exerting myself.

1 month post op update
Sociable850521May 24, 2021
I'm now 1 month post op and I feel fine. I have no pain and my ability to walk appears to be normal; although, I can feel the left implant while I walk and I don't feel it in the right at all. This could be because the left side feels tighter and is the same side that had a lot of tension from the stitches. My arms and my butt are still sensitive to touch. I can sit and lay on my side/back as long as I have pillows supporting my body weight. I can only sit in a car for about an hour or less with pillows under my thighs and behind my back. I can now bend over and pick up objects on the ground. Comparing the before posterior photo and the current posterior photo, I do believe my butt has gotten a bit rounder but not much else. I don't believe these pictures represent the results I may be experiencing in my stomach, because I'm getting my period soon and I bloat quite a lot. I apologize for the awkward angle of the camera and/or myself, the area is small.......

What size implant did he give you??

120 on each side. If you didn't already, look at my recent update because my body is completely healed now.
