Seeking the Perfect Peachy Butt

So during my first implants I ended up having a pretty big seroma. The drains were out but my incision became red and swollen, eventually pink clear fluid spurted out whenever I applied pressure to my butt cheeks . This lasted about 3 weeks and was super scary. Eventually it stopped and that was that.

I’m glad to hear that it stopped today I sat down again and fluid started coming out :( hopefully it ends soon

I am thinking about booking gluteal implants with Dr. Hughes. All the correspondence from him and his office are great but I am still worried since I have not actually met him. I am in Northern California so not too far away. He said I could go home right away and after 3 weeks I can remove my drains. Another Dr in Miami requires I stay 3 weeks or he will not do the surgery. Can you help? Looks like you had a great experience.

Of course as soon as they finish with the surgery you are allowed to go home if you are close by I would recommend doing it with him I’m saying this because I had to drive down back to his office for a follow up and had to drive 6 plus hours well not me but my sister and come back home. I think Dr.Mami wants you to stay because there is always a risk of complications like fluid build up, drain clogging, incisions opening back up, infections and what not. I had a small complication with my incisions leaking ( due to me applying pressure on my butt ) I’ll say it’s always good to be around the surgeon just incase. I know Dr.Mami has amazing results as well the only thing that I personally did not like about Dr.Hughes office was follow ups after the first follow up I had and me calling when my incisions were leaking there was never really a follow up to see how I was also he is really straight forward when you are talking to him so if he sounds like he doesn’t care that’s just him being him don’t take it personal haha. I did however like the results.

Hi!!! I have surgery scheduled with Dr. Hughes for 600 cc Butt implants in August 2021. Would you recommend him over Dr. Ryan Stanton? I hear he is true one that does all the butt implants in LA area but Dr. Hughes woke looks amazing!! You look amazing! I guess what worries me is there is not many videos and photos only a few with Dr. Hughes. Should I be nervous? I've already had consultation and booked my surgery date with Dr. Hughes!! Your video looks amazing. Thank you

Alrighty walking has definitely gotten a little better I tend to get tired really fast if I’m up walking around the house. Using the bathroom still sucks I would recommend buying a BBL pillow and using it when doing your business. I am no longer taking pain meds but lord having these drains in sucks I am still super happy at how my butt looks !! Will keep you guys updated

Hang in there! It does get better day by day but it does take several weeks to recover. Dr. Hughes did my 600cc butt implants 2 years ago and I love them. My only regret is that I didn't go bigger. Dr. Hughes probably places them a little higher than u expected but trust me they do drop and settle. Mine started out super high and perky and then settled into a more normal less fake looking placement. Enjoy!!

Thank you so much !! How long did you have your drains in I’m officially two weeks post op and one of my drains is draining like crazy!! Also did you experience a weird feeling when moving around I get a numb/moving around feeling effect when I shake or move around.

Yeah, I had my drains in for two weeks. I wold check back with Dr. Hughes and follow his direction. They are a total pain-in-he-butt but I'd rather have them in vs. a complication with fluid buildup. LOL nothing felt normal for a few months! Tight skin, cold butt cheeks (cold to the touch) and high placement. It's all probably pretty normal. Update some pics when u get time. Safe healin!!

Just wanted to say you look amazing! How tall are you? Im 6'0 and am wondering if 600cc is enough or if I should go with 712cc. Love guys with big booty implants.

Hey Jetset88, If I could re-do my surgery I would go with the 712cc. Looks like from your photos that you have enough of a butt to full out and get some great projection. The lipo for the hips is also a great idea as it will definitely enhance your overall shape.

Thank you for your kind words!! I am 6’1 And I weight 180 I actually think 600cc would be ideal you are for sure going to get a nice looking booty. But just as BeefyManButt said if I had gotten the option I would of gotten 712cc. I’m actually trying to gain a couple pounds to see if I’m able to get it bigger hehe good luck !!!!

Thank you! The current oval implants I have are 550cc. So i think I could definitely go for 715cc 16cm diameter round with 6cm projection from Implantech.

I'll be combining it with a full 360 lipo. So excited
