Butt Implants Removed

I am 25 years old. Healthy and have always been known for a natural bubble butt. Decided to get a BBL in 2019. Which was the best decision of my life! Unfortunately due to my slimmer physic I lost a lot of the fat from the surgery. Decided to get butt implants in January 2020. The implants were placed wrong and I had an open wound where the incision was made. So for 8 months.. I wore a diaper due to the constant leaking seroma that formed. My body was rejecting the incorrect placed implants. After 8 months of hope that my hole would close after seeing a wound care specialist every other week and countless surgeons who all had different theories on how to help me, I decided I needed to removed them. I could not live like this anymore. Now I am one month post butt implant removal surgery and my butt is not the same. I have lost the results of the BBL, thank goodness for the bbl because my shapely figure is still there, but the projection of my butt is so flat now. So where I stand now is deciding if I get another BBL or smaller implants to help my sagging butt. If if anyone has recommendations or experienced this please feel free to contact me !
