I will not recommend Dr. Carlos Spera to anyone considering a Gluteal Augmentation (implants) or (liquid silicone) injections. This called doctor had ruined my life. I had a gluteal augmentation (buttock implants) in March 2018 and a revision in 2019 with injections of liquid silicone performed. In November of 2019 after months complaining of excruciating pain and unable to function or walk, I was rushed to the emergency room septic of the infection in my left implant. Please do not even think because he has a great marketing strategy that he is a professional. Please reconsider having another option and do the homework, do not make the same mistake I did.

Please go and see dr Alexandra Aslani in Spain He is the top surgeon for this and he will restore the damage this dr had done His a training surgeon and highly recommend All the best x
I'm so sorry to see this happened to you. This is definitely medical malpractice and I suggest you filing a complaint with his medical license board as well as obtain legal services. Hopefully with a reasonable settlement you can have reconstruction surgery and enough money left over to celebrate on. Please post a follow up. Take great care and best of luck to you.
I'm so sorry u had to go through this. Butt implants are the worse. They bring problems hence why girls have to keep going to do stuff on their butts after it. Wether fat silicone or hyacorp, after butt implants u should not have to keep going back for more.
The girls that do go back is because they always go bigger.
