Dr. Rolando Morales and his medical/nursing network are priceless. I am pleased with the impeccable results and the care I received from all medical staff. I am 1 week post op and still healing but my heart is truly content. He is true to his word and gave me everything I asked for and more. It is a hard healing journey but the reward is worth the pain and suffering. I am praying, meditating, and overly obsessing about keeping every single inch of me and everything that comes within my vicinity clean, that is how much I love and want to keep what Dr. Rolando Morales has given to me. There are so many low life surgeons out there, it is a sad world out there, God have mercy, but I am truly blessed to have one who truly cares about me as a patient. Thank you to Dr. Rolando Morales and the medical staff that stands behind him. You are a true blessing to have as my doctor : )

I am practicing a very healthy diet and it is helping with the swelling go down. Scheduling and help with front desk are untimely and of no help. Ever since the beginning they have told me wrong appointment dates and times. If it wasn’t for me calling to verify times and dates I would have missed ALL appointments. Also no one ever calls back when I have questions that are very relevant and pretty important. Still having this problem during recovery and it is very aggravating and I feel extremely uncared for as a patient (by the front desk staff). Medical team/Nurses and Dr. Morales I have only great experiences with, which all in all is the only reasons why I am a patient there. One and a half weeks post op

Hey doll. You look beautiful! Despite the front desk behaviors, You have Such an amazing hourglass figure. I'm getting buttock implants and BBL soon in February. My biggest concern is, How are you cleaning the buttock implant incision? I can't find any article about this online. It would be very helpful to hear your routine.

Hi and thank you. About cleaning I really went out of my way to cover/protect the incision areas while using the bathroom (pee & yes poo) :) I just stood up in a bending position (not bending forward, as that can cause some sort of injury if you bend over too much) and just left the toilet seat up. With butt implants healing it was hard to sit down, plus you don’t want to ruin your newly transferred fall cells (BBL). I covered my incisions right before going with toilet paper. Like literally get a ball of toilet paper and hold over it with one hand and then support myself with the other hand (on a shelf of even the back of the toilet if fine). Yes it sounds funny but really it helps protect it and it works. Because if a micro drop of poo gets on it trust me it will probably get infected and that’s the last thing you want to deal with. After I wiped diligently back to front with a lot of baby wipes, so I would definitely stock up on those. Last important thing is to always ALWAYS take a shower to clean your area, this is the last step to keep it super clean. I used Dial bar soap with a mixture of Dial shower gel. I would make sure you dry it well after showering as any moisture in a intimate area like so could cause a breeding ground for bacteria, as this could cause infection. Wear baggy clothes, dresses come in handy when using the restroom. It will be very hard to bend over and put pants on and off every time you need to use the restroom. Anyway hope all goes extremely well with your surgery, sending love

Claudia is my personally assigned Nurse and she is absolutely knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs during the recovery process. She always responds and answers my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I am very thankful to have her as my nurse. Also all the Nurses I have met at ACPS are amazing and skilled when it comes to taking care of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Morales and his Nurses/Medical Staff. 5 star treatment. 2 weeks post op

I am absolutely livid with Victoria!!! Dr. Morales said he wanted to see me in exactly 2 weeks for my second post op appointment. Right after my first post op appointment with him the lady scheduled me 2 days instead of 2 weeks later. Luckily my fiance and I saw this mistake before we left the building and another lady said they could only get us in a week and a few days later. We took that date (believe it was the 20th). The next day me and my fiancé discussed that I should probably call Victoria or Linda to see if they could squeeze me in at exactly 2 weeks, since that is when the doctor said he wanted to see me. So I talked to Victoria and she said she could squeeze me in on the 25th. Well today is the 23rd and I always call to confirm appointments ahead of time, and low and behold the lady at front desk said they marked me as no show on the 20th! And I had no appointment on the 25th! Thanks to Victoria I have no second post op appointment with my Doctor! Which is absolutely important since I just had surgery! These people at front desk do not care one bit if I need to be seen by my Doctor right after surgery! Unacceptable! The Doctor is great but I am doubtful if I will return after all these incidents with front desk, Victoria, and scheduling. They might lose a patient at this point.

Front Desk & Victoria Made Me Miss My Appointment

SpanishQueen1
Like I said down below in the comments. Meant to post this as a update, but since I am new to Realself I posted down in my first set of comments instead of making a new update. This update is regarding the very bad (1 star) experiences with front desk, Victoria, and scheduling. From the beginning I would have missed every single appointment I scheduled with ACPS if I did not call to verify, as I always do, a day or two in advance. Either they mark me for a different time, or a different date, and never update me on any changes. Again I am lucky to arrive at any appointments due to my habit of confirming appointments, as I am in Sales Marketing and am accustomed to this. I managed to be at all of my appointments except for my last recently scheduled one. I am just about 3 weeks post op and was (supposed to be) scheduled for the 25th. Today is the 23rd and I called to confirm my appointment for the 25th and the operator lady tells me I was scheduled for the 20th and staff marked me as a no show. I vividly remember speaking with Victoria about her being able to squeeze me in on the 25th and canceling the appointment on the 20th. She not just failed to do that but lied to me about doing that. For heavens sake I just had surgery and front desk do not care if you are seen by your doctor. Still haven’t got a call back by anyone regarding this situation. Not sure if I will get to see my Doctor now because front desk is keeping me from seeing him. Absolute 1 Star and details concerning this matter are posted in my comments down below in my very first update. After this I don’t think I will be a frequent patient here unfortunately. My after care means just as much as the actual surgery.

My Before Pics

These are before photos before my butt implant/BBL surgery and the wish pic I showed my doctor. I wanted to go with a
larger size implant for my body type, but of course something that could fit properly under my muscle
