2nd bbl 2021
Went to Dr Juan David Londono (+57 315 2690948) again in 2021 in June for another BBL and hired Liliana (+57 310 5290272) as my nurse again (stayed in same Airbnb).
I went there not fully grasping the reality that a 2nd round BBL will simply not be what you hoped for if you don’t have enough fat. I was expecting some miracle big butt and that is not what I got. I looked exactly like my first surgery pics with the bottom of my butt filled out just a tad bit more. It was worth it because I was unaware that I had developed a really pointy side look. I was unaware because I would always take my photos/videos at my best angles with filters and I got smacked with reality when my friends started to take my pics raw unedited. It’s a bit embarrassing to look at in the raw photos that I have and so that’s why I’m not posting here, but if you look up “winter Blanco pointy bbl” on YouTube it looked like hers. I’m thinking because I did not do squats (the doctor did tell me to exercise but I totally had my mind made up I was not going to exercise after my 1st round) and there was so little fat that I had so my butt just got worse as the months went on. Anyways, the 2nd bbl was worth it because when taking a picture or seeing me in person from the side it didn’t look as crazy pointy. Still a little pointy but not as obvious as 1st round.
I have uploaded 2 post op photos/vids from surgery (I have a purple shirt on in 1 photo and a removable white underwear in 1 video) and 1 current 2022 video of me in white bodysuit. I weigh 170 pounds now and I’ve never weighed this much in my life. I attribute it to taking Maca Root and Apetamin every other day. I’m overall mostly happy with the size of my butt and am looking to get surgery again to focus on giving me hips with perhaps another doctor. I like that this doctor is very safe and I always feel comfortable at his office and during/after surgery and also with Liliana the nurse I hired.

I gained weight which filled in a lot of the areas that I began to notice lacking fat. I am now 156 and 5'9 or 5'10 lol cant remember my height. And I believe I was 133 something before surgery. I hope to gain more weight when I go back in June 2021. I am seeing my same doctor Dr Juan David Londono as he knows what he is doing and I have found from quoting a lot of doctors they are hesitant when it comes to bbl over implants.
Dr Hassan in Miami refuses to work with implants unless it is removed, Dr Velascoe who is allegedly Chinese Kitty's doctor said I needed BIGGER implants and ANOTHER tummy tuck. I told the assistant that must be a mistake and she went back and next day pasted in Whatsapp what the doctor said that no he was right I need bigger implants and also another tummy tucjk and yeah so that's crazy, and Dr Plaza was a great option but he is booked until the end of year I liked how he recommended an ultrasound first before offering to fix my hernia to see how big it is which tells me he seems to know what he is doing.And oh a doctor named Hector Garcia is AMAZING on his IG he makes waists so so tiny and he is in Colombia but he is booked until end of the year and his assistant stopped responding after I sent a requested video of me pinching the fat of my stomach... ANYWAYS SORRY I GOT SIDETRACKED.... Going to Dr Londono because it is like $3000 something and I'm going to voice strongly take as much fat as he can find this time. I was considering the other doctors because of their amazing lipo and how they suck you dry from the fat they try to get.
So, I noticed that my butt just does not move like a nice real one which duh like I should expect that but it has a "heavy" feel. I think adding my fat around it will make it more squishy. So what I mean is when I twerk, my cheeks just do not clap in a real booty manner, they attempt to clap and its like two heavy ovals trying to clap lol I am not sure how to describe and I honestly did not want to show you all in a video lol. Its like I just know having more fat will help it 1000 times if that makes sense. Also, from not a complete side angle but I don't know how to describe it, its like a mid side angle you can see the talked about pointyness of the implant that is common with butt implants. I seriously didn't notice this until my recent photoshoots because those are raw unedited unfiltered photos and so seeing everything I was like wow I definitely need more fat added.
