Butt Implants with Lipo Mini Tummy Tuck

WORTH IT
I had 550CC butt implants, with liposuction of fat transferred to hips and butt and a mini tummy tuck. These were the doctors that I cut early from consideration.
Traci Temmen —— (she was the closest to me in Florida and she said she hates doing butt implants and wasted my time trying to bait me into a skinny bbl, plus she quoted me $14,000 almost $15,000 for lipo and butt implants of I think 270CC which is ridiculous)Ryan Stanton —- (I realized he is too expensive just from reading reviews and tends to give everyone 400CC or less, but I didn’t like how he seemed to choose 400CC that made me think he is not open to consideration of each individuals body goals. I also did not like how he apparently refuses to transfer fat for hips while putting in the implants *I saw his reasoning behind why he doesn’t but I wanted to take risk of having fat transferred with implants*, and even with the implants his patients seemed to not have great results. The results in my opinion were just OK. It looks like a lot of money spent for very plain looking results).So, I narrowed my options down to these doctors:David Shifrin (Chicago)John Orlas Blair (Colombia)Serkan Balta (Turkey)Paul Chugay (California)I was dead set on Serkan Balta but then I discovered a botched IG page of a clinic he practices in, but it’s not his main clinic that had numerous botched surgeries. I was quoted just $5,500 for lipo and butt implants. None of the botched patients appeared to be his patients but I was scared because it would be a 14 hour flight and I didn’t understand why he kept associating himself with Comfort Zone Surgery when he also had his own practice.I didn’t choose David because he didn’t post that many butt implant pictures and it seemed he was in the same price range as Stanton. I didn’t choose John because he took forever to respond and he avoided giving me his WhatsApp number when I asked through email. It seemed he didn’t have assistants handling the communication for him and it would take up to three days to hear back. Lastly, I didn’t choose Paul because he quoted $12,000 but he would include fat transfer to hips with butt implant it was that I couldn’t afford anything beyond $12,000 so that meant I couldn’t afford food, plane tickets, or hotel or nurse if I chose him.If I had the money I would have chosen him simply because he was in the states and he did a really good job explaining to me directly via email the options for my butt and my belly. He sounded very intelligent and suggest I don’t try J-Plasma that lipo or a mini tummy tuck would be best. But in hindsight I am glad I went with Londono because he surpassed my expectations.So at this point I had no options I was very frustrated. I saw on a post about a nurse in Colombia named Liliana and I thought she seems very articulate in how she communicates in English (I had messaged her a few times as I was considering John). So, I thought I would ask who is the best doctor that she’s aware of to do butt implants and she immediately told me of a doctor named Dr Juan David Londono. On his IG page he doesn’t show a lot of pictures so I wasn’t immediately convinced and he had no real self page.So I messaged his WhatsApp and immediately got a response from the staff. They sent me butt implant pictures and I was impressed from how skinny the patients were and now they have a big butt. I decided to choose him as my doctor and I am EXTREMELY happy. His staff tried their best to communicate with me in English through WhatsApp and I felt they really cared to answer my questions. I even added a surgery last minute which was a mini tummy tuck. All of this was about $6,972 and with butt implants and lipo it was just around $5,500. Dr Londono speaks English and the anesthesiologist does as well. Dr Londono put 550 CC with fat transfer to hips and butt. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could get 550CC!Never, I was just hoping for a little plumper booty done realistically and not pointy, that’s all I was hoping for. I showed wish pics of IG model Draya Michelle but I was so doubtful I could get anything close to her butt lol. He over delivered!! Before the surgery the assistant took pictures of me and created a 3D model and I informed her to make it bigger on the hips and butt.I was laughing inside my head saying this is dumb he’s not going to be able to give me a fat butt like this with hips but he did! I was so shocked. I am 5’9 and weigh 123 pounds so I am very underweight also. I was preparing for a regular bbl before I committed to butt implants but realized it would not happen because as I started my journey to try to gain weight I ended up losing weight from being stressed to gain weight. I have always been 134 pounds and now I can’t gain beyond 126 pounds.I was going to see the best butt doctor in Miami Dr Chang and I lost out on the $500 I put down but I don’t care because I am very very happy and pleased with how the doctor treated me. He is very caring and he listened to me. I said I want you to take fat from wherever you can find it and I mentioned I want a big butt and also mentioned he can take it from my thighs if he wishes.I will try to upload more pictures and I heal. It is quite hard to take pictures, but my nice nurse Liliana took these. Today is my third day out from surgery. I stayed at an Airbnb called Carrera 35 Edificio Soul Lifestyle and the persona name is Ximena and the cost was $1000 for 13 days. There are definitely cheaper options such as $400 total but I wanted to be in a hotel and close to doctor (only 5 minutes away). But this hotel does not provide washcloths, body soap, shampoos, so you would need to bring your own.Also, you may have to use Google translate to communicate with his staff but it is worth it. You can use Uber for rides it is cheap around $18 for a 30 minute trip and less for less minutes. They also have UberEats which I used to get KFC and Italian food, the nurse got groceries and cooked for me the rest of the time. The nurse can provide you with a quote for all this pricing such as full day stays, half days, groceries in USD, etc.Dr Londono what’s app is 57 315-269-0948 and Liliana the English speaking nurse is 57 310-529-0272 (both without the dashes)

The butt implants were placed intramuscular and he used oval implants. The first night in the hospital/clinic is included in the pricing. You need to be in the country two days before surgery date because they have to do blood tests, and you meet the anesthesiologist and Dr separately. They gave me extra iron through my veins the day before and right before surgery. If you want or need massages be sure to ask about pricing for that. Today is day 4 and I am still needing pain meds and still need assistance from the nurse but I am able to be left alone at night and be fine, it just hurts a little when I try to move. I had my first post operative appointment with Dr Londono today and he said everything is healing well.

Are the implants gel? What brand? You said oval and I thought gel were all round.

Thank you. I am not sure if it is gel. My paperwork said 555 Motiva GlutealArmonic, it probably mentions it in there, I just haven't taken the time to read it.

Do you know how much cc fat was transferred to your butt bc you don’t look like you had much fat to give. I paid for implants and lipo / fat transfer and regret paying the extra for the fat transfer bc it was like a total of 150cc! 75cc in each cheek is not worth the extra couple thousand especially knowing a lot will be absorbed!!! Please keep posting after I’m interested to see how your implants feel after 5-6 months. I’m almost at month 6 and I’m still praying they’ll still soften a little!!!!

I do not know exactly how much fat was transferred. I asked him the day before surgery does he think he can get a lot of fat, and he said no. So I left it at that, but I did mention he could take it from my thighs, which he did not do. I am not disappointed with his decision not to transfer from my thighs because I have really skinny legs that look like chicken legs so I imagine that would have made them look worse. Something that I didn't notice initially due to all the swelling is that it appears he tried to put fat directly near the front of my leg/thigh area if that makes sense to give me hips. I had slight hip dips so I guess by putting the fat near the front would make it appear thicker. Also, one of of my hips the fat has nearly all disappeared whereas the other is still there surprisingly. I am at 3 weeks (technically 3 weeks tomorrow). I've read about hips disappearing first so I not upset, and it does not look bad it is just noticeable if you really stare and compare the two hips.
