Great Butt, Hard Recovery

Currently 7 days post op and I love the results so far. I think Dr. Shifrin did an amazing job, I got 400cc implants plus 60cc of fat transfer from my lower back to my hips. Looks just like the photos I showed him. The only reason I took off 1 star is because the post op care has been a bit disorganized. I've heard conflicting advice from various staff about where to ice, when to walk, how to poop...stuff like that. Everyone is nice, they just all seem to have different ideas about what I should prioritize in my recovery. 7 days out, the pain is still pretty bad. It's mostly the stretching of my butt muscles (I had such a flat butt to begin with) and and the sides of my lower back where fat was taken that hurt. The actual incision and the drains don't really hurt. The first week I used prescription meds every 4 hours, now I'm at every 6 hours with ibuprofen to supplement. I still walk like a penguin and lay on my stomach pretty much all day. I'm not sure how other people have been pooping after the surgery, but squatting down to the toilet (even with bbl pillow thing) feels excruciating and I've been on an all liquid diet to avoid pooping. Got the drains out after 6 days and that did help the pain a lot. I'll keep updating with my progress.

Here are some pictures. Sorry I don't really have any good before ones, but assume very flat. I did not used to have any silhouette to my butt, like it was completely flat from lower back down and just went in at the legs. Now I have an actual shape to my butt. I do still have some hips dips, which don't bother me.

Picture from the back showed the goodies just a little too much. Tried to keep it as visible as possible though while blocking out the not necessary stuff. I'll post a status update at 2 weeks post op.
