I Finally Have a Nice Butt Thanks to Dr Aslani
WORTH IT
Dr Aslani is an excellent & world class destination surgeon. He’s also very safety focused, which I really appreciate as a healthcare professional myself. I’m based in the UK & I could not find anyone in the UK with his level of skill & expertise for buttock surgery. I researched for 2 years, all over the world, to find a surgeon I was happy with. I absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their buttocks.
I’m male - I had a supercharged BBL & abdominal etching in October 2024 with great results. I’ve previously been obese & had issues with excess & lax skin so I returned in November 2025 for a revision supercharged BBL (bigger implants) plus a lower back lift, which actually lifted my buttocks higher & the larger implants gave me more projection. I’m incredibly happy with the results now. I could have stopped after the first surgery & been contented, I never intended to have a second round but there’s only so much 1 surgery can achieve. The second surgery really has taken it to the next level for me. It’s very natural looking but big still - I’ve gotten so many complements on it.
I had absolutely no butt all my life despite weight training 5 days per week for many years and doing several cycles of steroids. It’s genetic in my case I feel because I tried hard for a long time to get a bigger bum. I’m much more confident naked & at the beach now, which is exactly what I wanted. Not being able to sit down for 4 weeks is the hardest part of it all I think & being away from home but I do feel now it was all worth it.
My biggest worry was serious complications as these surgeries have high complications rates but the staff & Dr Aslani managed everything with my care very well. Abi & Estephania were an absolute pleasure to deal with & made flying back a second time a lot easier! I stayed in the apartments above the clinic which I would also recommend.
