5'3", 150lbs, athletic female - consultation for butt implants to match my thicker legs

I drove to chicago and saw Dr Shifrin in person where he stated the indents i had were not the stitches ( they are higher on the glute) but that i could have had a shot in my butt cheeks at sometime and it caused scar tissue.
The left side had a small dimple that i didn’t notice (i thought it was cellulite) the left though was indented.
He performed hand liposuction under local anesthesia. ( I was awake) i did not take any pain meds as i drove home. It wasn’t too bad. The numbing was the worst.
He transferred from fat from my inner thigh to butt where the indents are on both sides
The left is still indented but not as bad as it was.
I will have a follow up with him in 3 months.
Dr. Shifrin has been absolutely amazing through this journey and with any concerns post op! I don’t see how anyone could talk badly of him or his practice, he genuinely cares

11week update
Haven’t had much of an update… The indent has gone done some, it does not feel like it’s the upper implant but feels like it’s a stitch where he stitched my glute muscle back together.
I will be seeing dr shirfrin in person on Aug 24
While both sides have it, the right side is more cellulite looking which i don’t mind:) makes my butt look natural!
The side with fish tattoo still has an indent impression that can be seen from both sides. I can’t wear solid colors leggings as it’s very noticeable.
The more i sleep and sit on my butt i feel the more the indent softens.
Back to full gym sessions to include heavy squats.

6 week post op
Cleared to do all things.
Back to the gym, i can sit on butt. I can asleep on my back. I’m not rushed to sit on it, i like using the pillow. I may side sleep but I’ve become comfortable with sleeping on my stomach now.
Told dr Shifrin about the dimple in the left being deeper and indents more when I walk. The right has some indentation but not as deep as the left.
He wants to see me in person at 3 month post op mark in august. Said something about possible fat transfer but not sure how that works? Or if that’s something I have to pay for again. I don’t really have much fat to take from anywhere in my body.
However there is a possibility that it can “pop” out in the next few weeks and soften the area that I assume is suture indentation . Fingers crossed.
I love the size. Just waiting for them to soften and round out.Perfectly matches my body I had. Here are some 6 week after photos. No pain no discomfort
