I had silicone injections removal surgery in August and I'm planning on getting butt implants at the six month mark. I need some more cushion back there and I just don't like the way it looks. Going on 2 consults this week, one with Dr. Hoffman in Wynnewood PA, and the other in NYC with Dr. Senderoff. I'm hoping for a 400cc implant size. Wish me luck ????

Girl you are blessed, Your butt look so much better than mine, even though my scars a lighter their still visible, especially the one on the right cheek. Your butt is going to look amazing after implants. Btw, I had 275 cc and now plan on going under again ( sometime in the future) .. The doc said now that my butt has stretched out I’ll be able to go bigger. He is very knowledgeable and does what is best for his patients.

Aww thank you. I still don't like the way I look. I just keep beating myself up about the terrible mistake I made about getting the injections in the first place. I know I can't change the past but every time I look back there I get so down

He’s cautious because of the skin being very delicate. He said the same to me. Your butt looks bigger and fluffier than mine was, did you ask him if you can go bigger? I’ll post a new pic in an hr or so.. have to take one.

I feel your pain, worst mistake I ever made. What makes me sad is the length of my scars, but I’ve accepted to deal with it, I thank the Lord everyday for giving me strength. Not everyone is built for this type of situation, it’s tough.. .we will bounce back, slowly but surely, God willing... btw i posted some new pics on my thread

Yeah I did ask to go bigger. I actually asked for a 400cc implant but he refused. Said the same thing, that the skin was too delicate. You think so? I actually think my butt is so small

Yes! It looks fluffy to me, compared to what mine looked like, yours look normal. He’s just being cautious. In a way I think it’s best, to proceed with caution since our bodies have been through so much trauma. It stinks though, Thinking about going under again makes me want to scream but I

Well I think you look great. I will keep following your journey. I hope the one surgery is satisfying enough for me but you never know. If I have to go bigger later I will be traveling to DR, Columbia, or Mexico to get the second round because it'll be cheaper. Is he charging you full price?

I got my extractions with doctor Mir too. your butt looks amazing and your scar is pretty light. mine look so dark. I’m leaning in for the buttimplants too. I don’t know which one is riskier the bbl or the implants after this kind of extractions. what made you decide to go for a implants? & how are you feeling after the extractions ?

Awwwwww thank you. I went for the implants because I had a BBL before but all of the fat died so it didn't last. My experience is that you need alot of fat for most of it to survive. I don't have a huge amount of fat now. Also the butt implants are permanent. There's no need to change them ever. If the healing is successful then it'll last a lifetime

oh I didn’t know you had a bbl. did you have it with Mir too? I’m scare to transfer the fat. I think some of my silicone migrated to my stomach and legs. I’m scare that if I do transfer the fat from stomach to butt some silicone might be in the mix. did you have any migrations? I might just do the buttimplants but I don’t know if I’ll do it here in the states. they charge and arm and a leg for that here. like 10k.

No I had it done with Dr. Bucio in Mexico years ago. It was before the silicone injections that's why I got em. The fat transfer is risky because it may or may not last. I went through that once and I need a more permanent result. It migrated to my back. I chose the states for travel convenience. But you're right $10k is steep

Awwwwww thank you so much, that makes me so happy to hear. Yes I really wanted the implants and I'm so glad that I got them. it looks 10 times better than it did. Finally I can end this is and get on with my life :-)

So the doctor decided on 275cc implants, and says that anything bigger wouldn't fit my frame. I go for surgery on February 5th. Wish me luck

How tall and how much do you weigh? I'm just curious to know why he can't fit anything bigger than 275. It seems as though if you don't get big enough it will not fill out well

I would definitely go bigger. I read your review about the shots and it seems like your skin was stretched out so putting anything too small won’t give you the look you’re going for. I’m 4’11 and weigh 115 prior to implants my dr was able to fit 460. Another girl and I are talking about going to Columbia and getting it redone there since we want to go bigger and the doctors in the states are too conservative

Based on all the research I did and proximity, reviews etc I picked Dr Temmen. She did a great job and my butt looks really nice. I wish my butt was bigger tho, I wanted that fake video vixen look and while my butt looks nice I just wish it was bigger. She said that 460 was the biggest she could fit. After reading MANY reviews I would of course recommend my Dr,Mejia,Stanton or Jimerson.

Dr Senderoff is a very cautious Dr. I had my implants placed in March of last year. I have 375cc (after begging for a bigger size) and I'm happy with the size. Good luck.

Hey girl...Im going for a consult w him 1/26. I too am a Tanovic survivor lol...no comment here either. I had 2 failed BBLs after 12 removal surgeries...the first one was done way too soon. The second one just didn't do enough to fill in the deformity. I'm hoping I'm a candidate for implants, even tho I know I still have silicone (possibly in muscle)

12 removal surgeries? wow that's alot. Yeah I'm not a fan of the BBL for two reasons: You have to gain weight and the results may not last. I hope you can get implants too. I'm ready for this journey to be over.

Switching doctors

So I spoke with Dr. Ryan Stanton yesterday and I am seriously considering switching doctors. Dr. Senderoff is very conservative and to spend so much money and not see a major improvement would be devastating. I have no intentions on anymore major surgery after this one so I want it done right the first time. I'm ready to end my journey. The positives is that Dr. Ryan Stanton is a well established doctor that knows exactly what he's doing so I feel like I'd be in the best hands. The downside is that the surgery costs more and I would have to travel across country to California and I've done that before. It is not easy to travel for surgery.

Yeah I know what you mean. For that reason alone I decided to stick with Dr. Senderoff. He has agreed to go up one size implant giving me 375cc as opposed to 275cc

I'm right behind you, scheduled for 2/26. Just a little concerned bc everyone is saying they should be done under the muscle for long term good results. Mine are only 275...I think I'd be happy with a little bigger, but I'm getting hip implants too

Very excited but VERRRRY nervous...this is a wayy bigger deal than having a BBL. I'm nervous bc I've had so many complications (seromas, infection, etc) with every surgery I've had so far...except my rhinoplasty and breast aug, those were great lol
