Butt Implant Surgery in a Week!
WORTH IT$11,000
I discovered Dr. Shifrin from a youtube video of a girl that got Butt Implants done by him that looked so natural. I did a virtual consultation(cost $100) with him since I live out of state(super convenient). I had a list of questions going into the virtual consultation and he literally answered all of my questions before I even got the chance to ask them. I went into the consultation only wanting butt implants, but he suggested that I also do liposuction on my lower back and saddle bags, then fat transfer into my hips and butt. He also said he would do this free of cost. It cost $500 to reserve the surgery date(This cost goes towards the final cost of the surgery). The final cost of the surgery came out to $11,000. The surgery is in less than a week and I am super nervous but also excited! Im going to post a bunch of before pictures and a couple wish pictures below, and keep you guys updated! If anyone has any advice for me, let me know!

The surgery went perfect with no complications. My nurse, Sarah, was so sweet and took perfect care of me. Due to Covid-19, I had to go into the building and do the surgery all alone while my boyfriend waited in the car. Sarah could tell my anxiety was through the roof and gave me medicine through my IV to calm me before they put me under, which helped me so much. When I woke up I was in a great deal of pain, and I couldn't stop shaking. They said this is normal due to what my body had just been through. She helped me dress, gave me two pain pills, and pushed me out to my car with a wheelchair to my boyfriend. You will have to lay on your stomach in the back seat when riding in the car for at least two weeks. FILL PAIN PILL PRESCRIPTION DIRECTLY AFTER SURGERY! Me and my boyfriend made this mistake and went straight home after surgery. Due to all of the protesting and looting in the city, almost all of the pharmacys were either closed or insanely backed up. I was then not able to get my prescription the first day and was in a LARGE amount of pain. I woke up every hour of the night uncomfortable and on the verge of crying. TIP: Get one of those pee tube camping things for women before your surgery! When I tried to walk to the bathroom(even with my boyfriend supporting most of my weight), I completely passed out for a good 30 seconds. Luckily he caught me and did not let me fall on my butt, as this would have been terribly painful. I Literally had to drop my feet off the side of my bed and pee into a bucket for the first two days to avoid fainting. This surgery has a serious recovery and DO NOT make the mistake of thinking you will be able to do it alone. Make sure you have someone constantly with you for AT LEAST the first 5 days, or until you get your drain tubes removed, to bring you essentials and help you use the bathroom. Also, using the bathroom when you have draintubes is very hard. I had to have someone hold them while I attempted to squat/stand over the toilet without peeing everywhere. As a summary, prepare to be completely helpless for the first few days. I attached pictures of my drain tubes. I will take better after pictures and post soon.

Looks really good!! I had mine done on June 8th and got 455cc rounds. How are you feeling now? Still in pain?

Which Docter would you say is the best in butt Implants? I want to get this surgery so bad but, I'm scared:(

I’m feeling very good now. I only really feel pain from being uncomfortable because of sleeping in the same position on my stomach at night. I still can’t bend down all the way but I would probably feel comfortable going back to work within 5 days.

1 week after!
Sorry, late update! I took all of these pictures about 1 week after the surgery. The first week of surgery was the worst. I stopped taking my pain pills, or would only take them at night to help me sleep, sometime during week 2. I was self sufficient during week two, walking up and down stairs, although I was definitely waddling around. I actually went back to work two and a half weeks after my surgery. I am a server so I am constantly on my feet. I would not recommend going back to work if you are constatly sitting on the job. It wasn't comfortable to sit until about 6 weeks post op.

You look great!! Can you see the implant when bending over? Also what size did you get if you don’t mind me asking?

I can’t see the implant at all when bending over. I got 360cc
October 22, 2020
Great thank you :) are you happy with the size you got or do you wish you would’ve gone bigger? I want 400cc if I can get it

I love the size I have now because it looks so natural, like you would never be able to tell that I have implants unless I told you. Although, I do wish it was a little bigger! I just don’t know if it would match my thighs or if it would still look natural if I went any bigger, so I am overall happy with the size I got.

Thank you for responding! I do have one more question if you don’t mind me asking! When bending over so they creature the gum-drop effect and bulge at the top? I keep seeing surgeons saying all round implants do this but idk if that’s true or not

Would you mind telling me when your various post-op appointments/ milestones happened?
It sounds like you got your drains out after a week, so after that I'm most curious about how many days it was before you had the all-clear to sit normally (or at least try to). Seems like some say 12 days, some say 2 full weeks, and that's a whole weekend's difference!
My surgery with Dr. Shifrin is in a few weeks, but we've only scheduled my 2-day post-op. So of course I'm getting anxious and worrying about still having drains in by Thanksgiving, when I'll be able to drive, getting back to work without needing more time off for appointments... you know, typical pre-op worries! I should have asked if they have some kind of packet with more info on what to expect.
But anyway, thank you for sharing your experience and for the extra info! I hope you're doing well!

I’m not the OP, but Dr. shifrin told me (along with Dr. Stanton and Dr. Olson) minimum waiting time for sitting is two weeks. Drain time depends on each patient. Some will be days others will be weeks. Hope this helps calm your anxiety. I can’t wait to see your results and hope you share your experience! :)

1 day post op- post op appointment
4 days post op- drains removed
1 week post op- I could start walking around better
2 1/2 weeks post op- Went back to work. I would wait longer to go back to work if you are constantly sitting
4 weeks post op- I could finally stop sleeping on my stomach
5 weeks post op- Started to feel comfortable sitting on my butt for very SHORT periods of time.
6 weeks post op- I could swim.
I did not feel fully comfortable sitting on my butt for long periods of time until around 3 months post op.

Perfect, thank you. It sure seems daunting, but I appreciate the details :) At least during the pandemic I'm lucky enough to work + recover at home. No one ever has to know I'm standing at my kitchen table because my ass is on fire!

It was just one incision in the center in my butt crack. Then there is one dark spot in the crease under each of my butt cheeks from where the drain tubes were at.
