Did You Do a Butt Implant Surgery with Dr Aslani in Cirumed??

I have booked a surgery but now learned that dr Aslani does only very small implants like 260cc...
I don't understand this because other Drs does 400cc or 500cc or e360cc.. he just said he does 260cc..HE. could nit even promise 360cc
Now I m so concerned if I ll see any results because 260cc is nothing..
He said that he only see it during the surgey how big implant can he fit in...he said usually 260cc..an that people need to go to him 2 times if they want larger implant...I do not want to run too the surgey many times..
Did you have a surgey with him and how large was the implant?
I m very slim and tall and I hardly have any fat and with 260cc implants I wonder if I see much nothing ...It is nit worth it..

260 is enough when you are skinny! He „only“ puts 260 in because your body can take it. Visit my profile I had surgery in istanbul and my implants droped because they were too much for my muscle! I had 300 cc and it was too much for me, be happy when he wants you to have the best results. He will fix me because K was botched by someone who put too much for my muscle.

well he even said 260cc is nothing at all and he can only see how much he can put when I'm under the anaesthesia. He also said many people come many times to do the surgery if they want bigger implants. I do not want that I dont have time to be recovering non stop and doing new butt implants. Plus I m tall and my butt cheeks are not small so 260cc will be nothing.. So maybe I cancel this all together...and go elsewhere..Maybe he wants to make double money so patients comes back many times to do this...Or why everybody else does 380cc or 400cc implants here..

I m not small short woman or small hips or anything...well what is alarming is that he makes people return to make larger implants and cannot even make 300cc only 260cc so he can make people to come back I heart and he also told that to me. By doing that he makes patients life in a risk putting them trought several surgeries so he can make more money. All other Drs make implants 380cc or 400cc with no issues. I have nit heart other Drs here saying they can only make 260cc implants to all their patients and that he can look at it when you under anesteshia if it can be 260cc or 300cc. So you basically don't know what you wake up with. And now I was told from many people he makes small implants ONLY because, he wants returning patients so he makes 20k instead of 10k.. Also his work not the best. Implants too high up like a bolls none of them amazing...So I ll skip him. However happy to hear that you look good now and all went well. but you have bbl not implants so different story....
Do as you wish but you will be sorry when your implants are as botched as mine just because a doctor put more than he should in it! This is not a joke, I can‘t even wear a bikini anymore because my butt looks so horrible.
Honestly , as someone who went to a surgeon outside the uk ( colombia) where they only use larger implants (400cc+) , i had 500cc implants and hd all complications possible and ive seen soooo many girls have complications because of the implants being too big for the muscle first time round, causing seroma and all other kinds of complications. .. going up in size is alot safer than risking it all for a bigger implant first time. You wouldn't believe the stories i have heard from girls going 400-500-600cc implants first time around :-/
I see only 1 picture of you if that is YOU or... I dont appreciate Drs, who disrespect patients lives putting them in risk by making them return to make several anestesia out of greed instead of dong good 1 good work 1 time. What is so different with his secret technique that he can only do minimal implants 260cc so patients need several surgeries to get 400cc implants when all other ones here make 380cc or 400cc in 1 time...
I just tried to help and yes this is me. But you‘ll see. I would rather have a smaller butt than a butt that looks clearly fake but that‘s up to you!
