This is what happened to my butt implants. Basically all the fat around my implants disappeared. (I hadn't lost any weight in general, the fat around my implants just disappeared). Obviously this was very upsetting. I became very depressed, I wore baggy clothes as the implants were noticeable in tight clothing. My boyfriend broke up with me because he couldn't bare to touch my bum. You know when you pay £8000-9000 you don't expect your bum to end up like this. I wish I hadn't done anything to it, there was nothing wrong with my bum before. Ladies if you have any questions, please please just ask x x

Hi hun sorry to read this but my question is what does dr.aslani say to this ? I think whenever you do any kind of surgery something can always happen but first I would be most keen to know what actually happened ,and whether it was dr.aslani's fault or not and most important what does he want to do about it ?

Basically, for the first couple of months there was no problem with my bum but gradually I could start to feel the edges of the implants and whenever I wore tight clothing I could see the outline. I contacted the clinic and had a Skype call with doctor Aslani. He said that this situation is rare and he was very sorry for me. He said he would do a revision for me for free and that he would tighten the implant pocket and put more fat around my implants. I said I want to get them taken out because I'm scared the same thing will happen again and I can't go through that again. To be honest I don't know who's fault it was I think maybe I was just unlucky

Hi hun, sorry to hear about your results. When did you notice the fat loss and did you contact the clinic? Sorry just trying to figure out what actually happened. Did you get a response or support? As for your boyfriend, good riddance! You don't need people like that in your life.

I think after 5 months, I kept telling myself that maybe the implants are still adapting to my body but then it got to 10 months later and things only got worse which is when I contacted the clinic. I think the correct term for what I have is called capsular contraction. I skype called Dr Aslani and he said he will do a revision for me for free as he feels so bad for me. I'm glad he offered a free revision however I still can't afford it as you still have all the extras to pay, flights, hotel, taxis etc :(

Aww hun I'm so sorry! It sounds like you were just unlucky. I'm glad he's responded and willing to do it for free. Whereabouts do you live?
Might have to bite the bullet and save up. You can start up a fund me or just giving page too. In the meantime mayn e get some butt pads??

im so sorry this happened to u! Is the implant over muscle? I find it strange that it's so visible if it's actually placed under muscle

I've decided to write a review on my experience with butt implants with Dr Aslani. I've seen many good reviews on his work with implants but unfortunately for me i had complications. I'm writing this review to inform other girls of what can happen. I think if I saw a review like this before I had my surgery it may have saved me from getting implants. I'm not saying don't get butt implants with Aslani (I've seen some amazing results) I'm saying please be aware of some complications

I thought I was the only one that had this kind of outcome with Aslani! I haven't written a review myself yet as I've been feeling so bad about the looks of my butt post op. I had more or less the same result as you after a supercharged BBL with implants. It looked horrible to be honest. Had to remove the implants and even though I had to pay them a substantial amount of money to have them removed I was so desperate to get them out that I accepted right away and took my last savings to have it done as quickly as possible (removal plus additional fat transfer). My advice is to try to get them out as soon as you possibly can to not make it worse. I'm left with a quite saggy butt now, weird shape etc. Best of luck!!

See my review about BBL and butt implants with Aslani. It's a total disaster and I paid around 14000 euros in total. His treatment of me is appalling and I don't understand why
