1 year and 6 months
Hey y’all ! So it’s been about 1 year and 6 months since my surgery and I still love the results but want to go a little bigger. If I had to rate my overall experience it would be at strong 7 because I feel like the doctor could have gone a little bigger, regardless of his concerns about looking “cartoonish” it was still what I wanted and was safe enough to do so, especially after being disappointing from my first BBL a year prior to these implants. Nonetheless, another issue I’m still having is a noticeable indent from the implants. I’m not sure if that’s from the implant rotating, or him using too small of an impant which is why it’s not covering my entire cheek, still not 100% sure. My recovery time was waaaay harder than the BBL process and I wasn’t able to dance until about 6 weeks. The recovery time is literally no joke. I will probably go to a different doctor for a super charged BBL, or if I can gain enough wait I’ll do a regular BBL and mainly focus on my hips and that small indent area so it can look even, because some of the angels look a little crazy, and I’m gonna post them. Still, I’m just happy to not be flat as a board anymore lmaoo. C ya xoxo
A month in !

So, I’m finally sitting down again (kind of), it’s still kind of uncomfortable but I got a circle butt pillow instead of a BBL pillow and it’s been working wonders. It feels like I’m sitting on 2 balloons lol. There’s no pain at all, certain things/movements are just uncomfortable, not sure if that’ll go away eventually or just a new norm. It’s till pretty hard and I’m hoping it softens eventually but probably not for some months. I went back to the doctor about that wound I had at the top of my incision and it’s basically like a blister, so they’re treating it with nitrate silver sticks to slowly remove the dead skin, it’s applied 4 days out of the week. It’s really annoying because it’s so unattractive while dancing/working. It was most likely caused by keeping the tape on too long. But other than that I’m basically back to normal, finally! Still wish it was a little bigger lmao so I’m gonna wait for a year to see more final results before getting another surgery too quick. And BTW I posted a video dancing a little bit so you guys can see how it moves, it’s pretty stiff-ish lol but I have to make it work FOR work lol !
Almost back to normal; weird scar
So all the pain from my sciatic nerve on the right side is gone, but now I have a sore-ish feeling in my left leg. It kind of feels like somethings twisted in there, it’s more uncomfortable than painful though, and I’m hoping that it’s just my body healing itself. The implants have dropped a lot and I understand why it’s called that because it literally feels like my butt is falling off my body lmaoo. My only concern now is that the top of my incision is slightly bubbled up and it hurts/burns throughout the day (the pic is kind of gross looking lol). I try showering and spraying it with anti-bacterial spray multiple times a day but it’s still irritated so idk if that’s normal. If it’s still bothering me Monday I’m going to call the nurse, other than that I’m loving the way it looks and can’t wait for it to soften up and hit the 4 week mark so I can start some summer activities !
