Hey ladies! I just received my butt implants yesterday morning after having a "skinny BBL" in October that did little to nothing. I weighed about 135 for that BBL and it was such a struggle to gain weight, then I also learned after the fact that you lose a lot of that fat as time goes on. So I opted for the implants in December and am now one day post-op. I wanted to go for 6000-5500 cc and was kind of disappointed to learn that my doctor only gave me 4800cc. I have my post op appointment tomorrow and will be asking because the whole point of me getting implants was to see a major change. I weighed 140 for this surgery and am 5'4, 24 years old. Okay I’m feeling a little better with the results (lol) I’ve heard a lot about the implants dropping and “fluffing” so I’m probably just being impatient. At my post op I was told they could only fit the 485cc and if they tried to go any bigger it would cause complications, so I’m grateful for that. It’s still pretty squarish but it’s growing on me, and I’m naturally very petite so I shouldn’t be complaining much, I think after having the failed BBL my expectations were just super high. The pain is terribleeee though, I had them change my medication to a stronger one because it’s so bad. I’m just started to walk on me own but with a rolly-chair for assistance lol. I’m hoping the first week is the worst and this second week things will start to go back to normal. Also, Dr. Shifrin and the nurse I had, Sarah, were very pleasant and informative!

They will definitely "fluff" and get bigger. I've had mine 4 years now and along with them dropping (which took a year for mine to fully drop) and having two pregnancies after having them done, mine are huge... a lot bigger than I would like. My twin also had hers done with the same size as me (we both went to Stanton and got his round/oval implant he designed himself in the biggest size which is I think about 600cc and she already had hers taken out last week because she insisted having him do the biggest size on her and she was super tiny like you look in your pics. The dr put the largest ones in her since he could fit them but the left side on her never dropped and constantly caused her pain so the size you got, don't worry, they will drop. It takes time like 8-12 months. Any bigger your satic nerve would be a constant pain along with other problems..

Oh wow, that's very veryyyy helpful to know. The more I heal the more I like my 485 size, especially now knowing that if I got any bigger it would just cause pain. I didn't know it took that many months to fully drop though, omg! Patience is really important with implants I see lol

Yes definitely with any plastic surgery patience is key.. my twin and I have had our share of some procedure and almost everything takes a good year to see the final results. I think you will love the size of butt implant you got, I definitely wish I would have went with a size like yours. My twin already had hers removed last week and luckily her real butt looks good so far, she's actually just posted a pic of her explant review if your interested I can have her send me the link for you to check out. Hey!! I had surgery with Shifrin 5 weeks ago, and I too have a similar dimple indent on my rear right cheek. Mine is more in the center than yours appears... can you tell me how long it took for yours disappear if it did??

Did your butt implants made your hips wider? I also had skinny bbl but I need more hips. Thinking to do butt implants for hips ...

The pain is a lot better, I’m pretty sure I had pressure in my sciatica nerve which was, and still somewhat is, the only pain I’m still feeling. IB profun has been helping plus the medication they prescribed me. So happy to have those drains out as well. I’m loving my results more and more every day, but it’s till pretty hard. I’m wondering when it will soften up and how soft since it is silicone. Other than that I can’t wait for it to drop a little bit more! And I still want it bigger lol !

Looks good!!! Keep the photos updates coming!!! I had a bbl in June 2019 and have upcoming butt implants with Shrifrin. Do you know what size he did?
