Butt implants after BBL failed

Hey everyone! had a BBL 1 year ago. I gained weight for my surgery, but am naturally slim. Once I got back to my normal weight, unfortunately my body went back to almost before. I would say I have around 20% of the fat left. I'm now getting 480cc round buttock implants with Dr. Hakeem in Huntington Beach on June 3. I'll add some before pictures so you guys can see what we're working with :-)
Hoping the buttock implants give me at least a little hip projection too. I have no hips :(Has anyone had buttock implants? Would love to hear your experience!

guys, i just got out of surgery and i’m obsessed with my results! less obsessed with the pain i’m having right now lol! you can’t compare the pain level to a bbl, breast augmentation or rhinoplasty. i woke up balling my eyes out hahhaha! right now i’m just lying on my belly, had some food, drinking some coconut water. if i had to describe the pain, it feels exactly how it is: like someone ripped you butt open, tore apart your muscles and like a constant camp. hopefully the next few days will get easier. doctor hakeem did an AMAZING job. i explained to him where i want the implants placed and he told me he will do his best, since he does have to stay within the muscle space. the whole staff was extremely sweet and i’m so happy i went through with this.

getting really frustrated with the pain. can’t really walk, unless it’s just to the toilet and back. also annoyed from laying on my belly all day. i’m getting muscle spasms too, which i was told is normal. hope i heal fast, this is really annoying :(
