Do my Butt Implants Look Normal at 4 weeks post op?

I got butt implants with a Dr. Who is located in Huntington beach CA on December 20th 2022. Im not completely happy with the way they are looking. I see other woman who have posted and they look amazing at 4 weeks post op but not mine. I don't think they look good. I got 655 round semi solid silicone implants. I'm not sure where he placed them but the dents at the bottom of my butt and the flatness at the bottom makes me regret my decision. My Dr tells me to give it a few months but I feel he has to say that. I just want somebody to be honest and truthful with me. I was very flat to begin with but with 655 I was expecting a lot more plump than this.
