The sub fascial Implants were sagging over my leg

When going to my consult with Egrari, i felt like i was rushed and he seemed irritated about some to the questions i had asked him, like about the size i wanted to go to etc. The last thing I had asked him was if the implants were going on top or under the muscle, everything I had read about say they should always go under the muscle. Egrari just responded with "you should never do implants under the muscle its much too dangerous." This is after i already handed him all my money, so i felt like i just had to accept that he was right. NO! he was not. My bigger butt has been fun,I've honestly really enjoyed it. its looks perfect form the back, and a quarter angle. but the side it looks like half a basket ball glues to a plank of wood, and bending over its a hideous deformity that as made me super self cautious in the bedroom, and out and about sometimes. I can't bend over to pick anything up because of the way it looks. I always have to squat down. I also can grab under my implant, which when i called about they told me that was perfectly normal. uhhhh that doesnt seem very normal to me. the implants dropped/sagged so much that the line under my butt when all the way to my sides. As my best friend but it, Dr. Egrari did a really good job for it being bad.

i was really nervous about taking the 300cc implants out, but i just couldn't live any more years of my life not being able to bend over with a horrible deformity on my butt. there was only two cute angels on my sub facial implants head on from the back, and a major quarter turn view. I'm also upset with Egrari because i did do my research and saw how every other surgeon said butt implants should go under the muscle. As soon as Egrari said it wasn't safe to do it that way he basically just walked out the door with my money. I felt like i and to trust him. I had these sub facial rounds in for about 3-4 years. I just went Dr. Ryan Stanton to have them replaced, on 6/10/18 to a more natural shape and under the muscle. so far i so happy with the major difference.
