19 Days Till Surgery Pre Op Tomorrow!

I’ve always had a great backside until about a year ago. I’m approaching 40 and gravity unfortunately is taking it’s toll. I decided to get butt implants under the muscle and plan to go Kim kardashian big. Pre op is tomorrow and I’m starting to get nervous. I can’t wait to share my experience with you.

Post op experience
I brought in my wish pics and my doctor crushed my dreams. I want a Kim k booty and wanted the 500cc implant but he recommends the 390cc and fat transfer from my back and hips. Although I’m super happy about him lipoing all the fat off my back I really wanted a bigger booty. He said because I don’t have much fat that a larger implant would be very obvious. I’m 5’5 140lbs athletic.

I think if u want the bigger size u should go for it .. doctors always try to have you go smaller .. I think if you insist on the bigger size and fat transfer it would look amazing!! You have big legs u can afford a big booty... it would match perfectly!! I vote go for it !!!!

Had the surgery yesterday and he put in 275 :/ but he lipo’d my whole back and arms and transferred 1000cc of fat to my butt. It’s big and perky but we shall see once all the swelling goes down

Surgery Day
I had the surgery yesterday and it took 6 hours! I had 275cc implants put in sub muscular and 1000cc fat transfer to buttocks and hips for hourglass shape. Look.. the implants did not hurt but it was the lipo from my whole back and arms that was the most painful experience I’ve ever had! Our drive home was 2 hours and I made my husband pull over and call an ambulance. It hurt so bad I couldn’t breath and I peed myself. So embarrassing. I’m on day 2 and pain is now manageable. I will update pics in a few days.

Girllllll it has been insanely painful! Everyone has different pain tolerance and experiences though. I thought I had a high pain tolerance but I’ve been laid up in pain.
I wish someone warned me.
