Hi everyone this is a two year post op pictures of my butt implant removal.. happier than ever I feel like I’m fully healed and my butt is completely back to normal after removing my butt implants. It took a good year to feel completely back to normal and I had no issues or pain during recovery.

Thank you for posting updated pictures! I'm removing mine next week and I was worried my butt might look saggy, but your butt doesn't look saggy and that makes me feel better. When you say it took about a year to feel normal, what do you mean? Was it because of discomfort or soreness?
December 6, 2023
I would say I was only sore for maybe 3/4 weeks but nothing too bad. I say a year to look normal, my butt looked deflated for about a good 5 months or more if I remember and then one side keep getting fluid so around a year I had to have the fluid drained about 3x. Just be patient after the recovery if your butt doesn’t look completely back to normal.

Cool. I’m removing mine in 2 weeks. A little worried thinking hope the skin doesn’t look bad but I prefer whatever than the discomfort of having implants. It was a big mistake but I’m glad I’m almost there like you. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, how is your recovery going so far?
January 1, 2024
You’re welcome, I totally agree. I’m so happy I removed them and am so much more comfortable. Give yourself a good year to heal before you think about doing anything to improve that area.

I have been working out since I got them so I hope I just have to continue working out. I’m done with plastic surgery:)

Oh nice

Did you get a bbl? Bc you look absolutely amazing!
March 16, 2024
I did not get a BBL, I think my butt still looks big because I had the implants in for a good 5 years before removing them and gained about 60 lbs.

6 months post op

So it’s been 6 months since I removed my butt implants and I am very pleased, my butt is just as big as it was with the implants but way more comfortable now. I did expect it to get a lot smaller but I gained about 50 lbs when I had my daughter almost 2 years ago so I’m sure that helped add weight to my butt. I have been lightly exercising but am 100% back to normal and getting ready for my next surgery with Dr. Sumida (lipo 360).

Are you still happy now? I know swelling can tale a long time to go down
January 18, 2022
Yes extremely happy, I still have some fluid that has to disappear but I got a CT scan and the dr told me it will take some more time to go down, the shape is still perfect and I have plenty of volume.

How are things now?
May 5, 2022
It still looks pretty good but has a lot of fluid on the top, I got a CT scan Andy primary Dr as well as Dr. Sumida said it will take time to go all the way down. I am having a TT done with him in October so if it doesn’t go down by then I may ask him to see what he can do to get rid of the fluid or possibly pull my TT around the back and pull my butt up a little in hopes to make it appear smaller.

any luck with the fluid?
June 13, 2022
It’s slowly getting better and going down I will post an updated picture soon, I can tell it’s still in one side more than the other but the surgeon and my OBGYN Dr both said it’ll go down on its on to just give it more time.

No worries. My IG is thebubbleimplant May I ask if the surgeon removed the capsule? Your butt has great volume post explant.
July 9, 2021
I’m not sure what is the capsule? I only know the implants were under the muscle he said he removed them and then cleaned inside to make sure there would not be an infection after removal. thank you I was very worried it would look saggy or deformed but it actually is a little swollen still but pretty much is just as big without the implants

The capsule is the tissue that forms around the implant as a natural response of our body. So you didn't loose any size? Wow, That's great. I had read that in another review
July 9, 2021
I front believe he did anything with the tissue around it, at first it did look sunk in where the implant was but surprisingly about 2 weeks after the removal it went back to normal, I did gain about 40lbs after my initial surgery of getting the implants as well so that may have helped add the weig back there too.
July 20, 2021
No he didn’t remove any of the capsule I think that’s why it’s still so big honestly I know it must be swollen cause it’s bigger than it was with the implants

Wow that's great though . I'm almost 1 week post removal. Still big and round but not as big as when I had the implants in. I'm very swollen too.
July 20, 2021
Do you also feel sore when sitting? I’m almost 5 weeks post op and still don’t feel 100% back to normal.

My right side is 90% back to normal, however my left side is still in pain. I'm pretty sure Stanton did something wrong or damaged my sciatic nerve because I never had such pain before him. I'm just going to be patient with my recovery I guess
July 22, 2021
Yes me as well, it’s been 5 weeks today and I’m feeling much better still a little sore when sitting for too long but so much better and relieved with them out
August 27, 2021
Hello, I removed mine a week ago, but was told not to sit for 3weeks due to the incisions. So my question is, did you have to wait that long to sit? I have no pain I've been up and about, my butt looks great unlike the first day it looked deflated. I feel free now. :)
