Butt Implants Removed!

UPDATED FROM HTXmommy
1 month post

Shortly after my butt implants, before they started to sag greatly!

WORTH IT$5,900
Just a comparison pic of when I had implants. This was before they started to sag. This was probably 6 months post op and by 1 year post op I was saggy! On top of my butt starting to sag I had one flip so I was scared to work out so I lost all flute muscles which helped lift the implants so then my implant fell and my butt had no shape other than the implant. Miserable

Wow I’m so impressed your shape looks this great without them! Amazing
But implants are a complete nightmare !
Yes in this picture I had implants and they were literally like living with a disability!
Keep updated! I want to see how it heals. I want mine out but am afraid I’ll then need a lift
My story is long; in short, Dr. J. Franco placed implants that were too large for my body frame & he placed them under the fascia. At first, all looked great; but, when the swelling and complete healing occurred, I felt pain, then the implants dropped and I could cup them. I had them removed this February and I look deformed. I’m so depressed by how I look now. The placement of the implants caused my butt muscle to squash like a pancake and I was not a candidate for smaller implants. I was also not a candidate for fat transfer. My doctor asked that I wait until November so that he could use a sonogram to see if fat can be transferred to the dead zone (where implants were). He did suggest a lift. Even though the lift would help with most of the deformity, it would still leave one side deformed more than the other. I’m hoping that I can have fat transferred to the area. I don’t want a huge butt. I just want a normal one.
I’m so sorry to hear that. Have you tried weight training the flutes to increase the size that way and lift? I’m just started working out again and hopefully my ass will fill out some more that way
Same here. Franco is the worst!
I see my original doctor tomorrow. I’m so scared he will say he cannot help me. He will be doing a sonogram to see if fat can be injected into the dead zone the implants Dr. Johnny Franco placed above the muscle. My butt looks awful :(
Can you post more pics of how's everything going as of now, I'll be removing someday this month, I have the same size and shape of implant you had.

Feeling 90% back to normal! Still tender if I sit for long periods of time on something hard... the muscle is still healing from being cut open to remove the implant I think but no nerve pains like when I got them in. Also a normal shape is starting to come back as well. I feel so lucky to have them out!

You look sooo good! You had a bbl on top of your implants prior right?
If you have a pic of what you looked like with the implants in you should post it so people can see how incredibly you healed ❤️
TY! Yes I did but I honestly don’t think much stayed bc I didn’t have a lot of fat to use and I have a fast metabolism. I think the main difference from before the implants is probably the pocket adds a tiny bit of padding in the implants exact spot.
You look fabulous! Cortes did mine too and I am more insecure now than before implants! Ready to remove mine as well.
Congrats! You look amazing. I feel like we have similar body shape. I recently opened an IG account where I'm documenting my journey till removal.
Would like to follow can i get the account?

Post op!

So I got them removed May 28th so it’s been about 3 weeks. I did not get any lipo or fat transfer (I’m poor lol and literally buying a house as a single mother so it wasn’t even an option for me) But the surgery went well less than 45 min, woke up and there was some pain just at incision and where the pockets were.
Much easier recovery, NO DRAINS were needed, no stitches, just surgical glue which held perfectly until it naturally came off about week post op.
Dr Morales was amazing and reduced the huge scar Dr Cortez left.
Let’s talk sagging... now first couple weeks were rough! I think it was because my implants were big and SO HEAVY. But I promise every couple days a see slight improvement. I was sent home with huge, abdominal to knee compression garments but dr said I could just get compression shorts which I got the Nike Pro training shorts which have worked great.
Also I know some of my sagging is because I used to work out regularly like lifting so I had muscle built up but because I literally COULD NOT WORK OUT or even run with those heavy implants I lost ALL muscle so I will be sure to update in a month, 6 months, etc so yall can see just building up my flutes will lift everything substantially. We hope. Lol
But idgaf what my butt looks like honestly I feel so FREE without them. Like liberated like I’m no longer handicapped. So worth it!

It gets better with time! Mine was so dented looking the first week but it’s been 2 months and looks like it did before I had it removed (only 1 implant lol) because of complications. I go back June 17 for a bbl but honestly I don’t need it, just want a bigger bum. So hang in there! It’ll fluff out eventually and start doing some squats ;)
Okay good to know! Even in this last week I’ve seen such a big improvement! It’s fluffing lol
Did your surgeon leave the capsule in?
Yes.
Do you think your butt has more volume now than pre implants? I'm planning to have mine removed too. I just wanna do it locally
Maybe slightly, but it’s hard to tell how it will change in the next few months.
You look amazing! I had mine removed and I think it was the best decision. Like you, idgaf about what it looks like now. No lift no fat transfer. My confidence is like night and day! Congratulations!
Yeeessss like I’m more confident that I don’t have to bend a certain way, move a certain way, not run or sit directly on the implant!! Like lesson learned! I wish girls would save that 15k and just work out for a lil extra butt and save themselves all the pain and suffering. Congrats to you too!! We made it out!
I’m so happy for you! I agree, we let society make us think something is wrong when really we are beautiful with what we have. It’s definitely not worth what we had to go thru! <3
Amen!
