Removing my Butt Implants in a Month

I got butt implants in Aug of 2017.
With Dr.Cortez in Houston Tx
Worst mistake
I got the smallest implant because I’m a small person
Now they have sagged and look flat from an angle.
I hope to gain my confidence back because now I’m shy to wear a bikini just because of how bad it looks. I will be getting a fat transfer to recover the dips and hips. I’m so scared. Also, I’m debating if to get a tummy tuck or not since my stomach is saggy from my pregnancy. (Before butt implants 2015) What is yalls recommendation? Recovery recommendations?

Same problem got mine removed 3 weeks ago. Who is removing Yours?
How was it? Did you get fat transfer or any sagging? I think everyone is different. But I’m doing it in Mexico.
Hi babe! I'm also going to remove my butt implants as well so I can relate to you. I would remove the implants then get tummy tuck with bbl (6pm the after removal). In Florida you can only remove 1 liter of fat if they cut you anywhere...but you don't have a lot of fat so that would be a good option for you.
I got 2 bbl's after butt implants to try to camouflage the implants and I'm still unhappy. They are stiff and rock hard and still too big for my body. I had to gain a lot of weight for it and I don't like being too thick. Just wanted to share that in case you were considering keeping them and trying to add fat around them. I don't recommend doing that at all.
Ugh yes! I just want them out! I do workout so hopefully after the a few months everything is back to somewhat normal
I got implants for dr cortes too! Total waste, mine sagged in a year.
Did you remove them ?
