Butt implant removal with lower body lift
WORTH IT$17,000
So I’ve made the decision to have my implants removed and not replaced. I just don’t think implants are for me. I’m really excited, scared, and ready for relief. Living with these implants has decreased my quality of life. It hurts to sit, attempt to jog, and the mental impact has also been a roller coaster.

I just watched your video of you moving the implants aroound. I’m so glad that you were getting them out. All the doctors I spoke with except for two told me I was going to need but implants because my butt was too deflated. But I was refusing to do that. Dr. Fisher is going to help me fix my butt without them. Keep my fingers crossed for you that all your healing goes well.

This is my opinion on the taboo world of butt enhancement. Implants in the US are HARD and HEAVY!! If you choose to get implants have them placed under the muscle and go to Dr Stanton in Beverly Hills. They are still going to be hard, but if you don’t mind have a body builder hard butt then go for it. I prefer my butts nice and soft. You can achieve that wig fat transfer but you will be going every year or so to pump that thing back up with more fat. The fat typically melts away over time. For me, I just don’t even care about having a big butt anymore. As long as I don’t have a saggy one. Maybe I will change my mind but implants will never be the route I ever choose again.

I’m not going to do either. Dr. Fisher uses your own tissue to make your butt. Mine just looks god-awful after losing 100 pounds. I literally lost all the fat in my ass. All the doctors I’ve seen said I don’t I don’t have enough fat for a BBL anyway. This is the whole reason I am going to Dr. Fisher because he knows how to make a bum.

How long do you need to be on liquid diet and why?

May 8, 2019
I thought it was only for two days before surgery but today I’ve only been allowed ice chips.

I just noticed you asked why, and I asked myself the same thing and still am not sure why that was needed. I was so happy when Dr Fisher agreed to help me, I didn’t question him about anything. I had two consultations with him before he agreed to do surgery on me.

Pre op
So my husband drove me down from Austin this morning for my pre op with Dr Fisher. Fisher took his time marking me up, looking over his markings, erasing and re marking. I also put lotion on today which made it hard for the marker to stay on my skin :/ I’m horrible at rules. But let me just say, like everyone else on here, I love Dr Fisher. He is so kind and each time I’ve seen him he really takes the time to look over me and you can just see the wheels spinning in his head. He has never came across as condescending or even fake. He is not overtly friendly but actually genuine. He told me he thinks my implants look great but he understands that they are causing me so much pain and was sympathetic to that.
I’m a different case for him in regards to butt implant removal. I chose him because I didn’t want to just have them removed from just any doctor and be left with huge saggy squishy pockets in my cheeks. I had a saggy butt before implants. If I’m going to go under anesthesia again to have them taken out I want to at least improve something else and I’ve really wanted a TT for a long time. He specializes in access skin due to severe weight loss but I haven’t seen any doctors specialize in access skin due to butt implant removal. With all his experience I’m positive that he is just the guy for the job. I don’t want bandaid remedies of fat transfer or different implants. I want to fix the foundation which I feel is what I should have done in the first place. I let people in the past talk me out of getting a TT just because of the scar, but I’m 37 and I’m going to wear the scar like a badge of honor, or tattoo over it lol. I hope im not rambling. I’m hungry so my thoughts are all over the place.
Anyways surgery tomorrow at 7am. I am now checked in to the Homewood Suites for just tonight. My husband has left back to Austin because we have a 16 year old daughter a 1 year old yorkie that need some sort of adult supervision. Never went to surgery all by myself before but I’m ready and positive.
Oh and one last thing, I’m hungry and I’ve already ate all the jello, ensure, and broth I brought with me. Can’t wake up after surgery and EAT!!!

Just removed the implants and train and eat well, you don't need that lift. The lift won't make your skin toned!

Quite bad, as they botched me, you want to see? Give me an email and I can show you.

Is fine...well, is not fine but I can clearly see he convinced u to it. Removing implants ok but the lift u don't need it. U didn't lose a lot of weight to have one of those surgeries he did to u. i hate those psycho surgeons. But like the good dr say, if u knock on doors someone will say yes and tell u everything u want

Actually, Dr Fisher (somewhat) declined me a couple times. I’m sensitive, so I could have interrupted our email exchanges and personal exchanges wrong. But my first email to him I was declined. That could have been a misunderstanding that he thought I was seeking butt implants. Either way I had to contact and meet with him twice before he agreed. The first time we met I think he felt apprehensive to take me as a patient. The second time I met with him (like a month after the first meeting) the first thing he said was “your very anxious to get these implants out” and he started talking with me very matter of fact about how he would approach this and what would work and what would not. He is not the kind of doctor that is just selling whatever you are buying. He specializes in this. Typically patients dealing with excess skin due to major weight loss, and yes I am not a major weight loss. I’m an esthetician, I’m not a nurse but I have a good understanding of how the skin works. There was no other way to correct the issue I was dealing with. My butt was very saggy pre implants. Hence why I choose implant over a posterior lift to begin with cause 1. I wanted my big butt back when I was heavier but without weighing 175lbs 2. Because I feared this surgery.
My first two weeks of recovery was hard. But im three weeks in as I write this and although still have a recovery journey ahead of me, things are getting better.
So I want to take back what I said. I regret getting butt implants 100% but I do not regret insisting that Dr Fisher help me fix my mistake. Sure I could have had them taken out and lived with the consequences of getting them in the first place. I’m happy that I don’t have to.
I will b documenting everything I can, just like with my last review. I know there are a lot of girls and boys out there suffering just as I am with the pain of subfascial butt implants and not sure what to do. Literally a pain in the a** lol
"Literally a pain in the a**" :)
