Implants removed 2 weeks ago - but is now smaller than before

I had butt implants in for 3 weeks. 400cc intermuscular. I had them removed 2 weeks ago. And i noticed they are smaller than before the removal. I am 32 years old and an athlete. With good skin. What is the likleyhood that my butt can return to normal? I noticed the top part of my butt theres not as much volume. Are my butt muscles damaged? Can i train them and make them grow still? Can i still be able too build the upper part of my glute muscle? Will the butt muscle still grow the same?
