Botched Butt

I have undergone another revision augmentation, with another surgeon to fix this failed job.
I had the implants placed intramuscular. (Will be adding a new journey regarding that soon).
I was told during my post op follow up that the previous implants I had, were indeed placed over the muscle. How can this even be okay? I paid and trusted this was to be intra muscular with my last revision. ( I knew it wasn’t by how I could lift the implants and how they flipped). Yet I paid for intra muscular revision placement. Come to find out it was placed over the muscle, again! What a waste of my time and money just to end up with the same exact over the muscle disgusting result. Unbelievable!

This was a revision. I had already paid over 11k for the initial butt augmentation that looked awful. The original butt augmentation and the implants were place above the muscle. I do not recommend this at all. The implants are visible from all angles and it looks unnatural. I went back to my surgeon with concerns and he agreed to remove them and place implants under the muscle. I trusted in him as a certified surgeon. I was wrong. He never placed them under the muscle and now they are worse than ever. One of them constantly flips. They sag and hit the back of my thighs. They move when I sit or lay down. They are very noticeable and I can stick my hand completely under them and grab them. How is this under the muscle? I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone. You will regret it!
However, pictures are worth a thousand words. Look at the disgusting butt I have been left with. I've spent thousands to get a good result and each procedure he made them worse. No skill in this surgeon or integrity.
I am so beyond insecure. I have to wear spanx all the time to prevent them from moving so much and flipping. Imagine trying to get intimate with that happening or even going out in a bikini and having it shift and flip in public. Worst mistake ever! I trusted this surgeon and was let down again! I am so embarrassed of my butt. What a nightmare. Do not go here! Find someone to do the job right the first time so you don't spend years feeling worse about your image.
