I have never loved my thighs. I have a curvy body and I have always had a healthy appreciation for it. I have worked hard to keep it in shape but my thighs would never cooperate. All of the exercise in the world wasn't reducing them or changing their appearance and because of my thighs I was wearing a size 10 or 12 where a size 6 or 8 fit me everywhere else.
I made an appointment with Dr. Joe to discuss liposuction for my thighs and he was considerate, sensitive and confidence inspiring. He took the weight of the world off my shoulders when he told me that I no matter how hard I worked out my thighs weren't going to look much different. It wasn't my fault! Sometimes we are born with features that diet and exercise cannot alter enough for us to feel the way we want to feel about our bodies.
But a few weeks later Dr. Joe did the procedure, and a few weeks after that I looked and felt the way I felt inside. My confidence soared and I had the body I had worked so hard for, for so long.
