After having 2 kids, I felt like my breasts were windsocks. Dr. Joe and his staff did an excellent job coming up with a plan that I felt comfortable with. The pain was very minimal afterwards. I even attended the clinic's open house for the spa the day after surgery. I exercise 4-5 times per week, and getting back into the swing of things was easy. Every visit I have had with Dr. Joe and his staff has been informative, exciting and fun. There isn't one day that I have regretted this decision.

You sound very happy with your outcome, congratulations on getting the results you were hoping for. What type of lift and implants did you go with?
I had a dual plane lift with silicone implants. 300cc in my left breast, 325cc in my right. By no means would i say they're "large" or extremely noticeable, but that's what I wanted. I wanted them to look natural. I would guess my bra size is a full C or smaller D (I haven't bought any new bras yet).

Hi Mandi Jean, I am so, so happy you had such a quick recovery. The internal dual plane lift allows for a quick recovery. You would have had the gel Mentor implants, I believe. Keep active, and I will see you soon. BTW, thanks for coming to the open house...wow, the day after your surgery!
