Thought I'd post an update as it's been more than 7 years since my surgery - and I've lost weight (currently 5.5' tall and 118 lbs). I began as a deflated C/D cup, and with 300 cc submuscular implants I'm now a 32 DDD.
I'm still super happy with my results. No issues whatsoever. I'm just careful in the gym to use lighter dumbbells when we do chest exercises. Proportionally, my breasts appear bigger and rounder now that I've gotten into better shape.

1.5 years later...
Some pictures 18 months after the procedure. I'm posting these because a few years ago I know I would've appreciated seeing pictures that were taken after time went by. Because ya know, gravity still exists!
The girls have settled over time and sit at a natural angle. But, they're still sitting up much perkier than they would if I hadn't had the procedure. I'm still happy with the results.

Beautiful breasts, so full but also very natural. How soft are they now?
