After 2 children and gastric bypass my 'girls'...
After 2 children and gastric bypass my 'girls' went south quickly. It has taken me 2 years to finally take the plunge to end my world of padded bras but not without fear. I did a lot of research on breast augmentaion with mastopexy and which size I wanted to be. I am 2 weeks post op and proud to announce they are now called my Canadian girls and look and feel amazing.

Congratulations :). What size and type did you end up going with?
Thank you , I went with saline and my right side is 650cc and left one is 660cc.
You look fantastic. That looks like the size I am going for. I have already decided on silicone but haven't decided on size yet. I am thinking around 600cc. I'm trying to get an idea for a starting point when I go in for my pre-op in December :)
I changed my mind a week before surgery to go a 100cc bigger and so happy I did. My thinking was I would rather be a little to big then wake up and say they are to small but a good surgeon will discuss this with you and because of my measurements my body could handle the extra cc's....good luck next month on your pre op. Are you getting a lift as well?
Luckily my surgeon said that I didn't need a lift. I am doing a monmy make over with a breast augmentation, tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo to the flanks, and submental lipo. As far as the augmentation goes I selected silicone but haven't picked a size. He said based on my measurement he would be able to fit a large implant and the ones the 3D imaging machine picked were almost all large. I am leaning around 600cc and Thinking high or moderate plus profile. I didn't get to play with sizers or the 3 D imaging as much as I would have liked because I had to pick my kids up from daycare. My next appointment I will have more time to make up my mind and come up with a final decision
I am so happy for you :) and what a great way to bring in the new year with the new you. I think next year I will do my tummy. Please keep me posted on what you decided and how it all goes.
Absolutely. I am looking forward you updates and more pictures of your process as well!
Congratulations your Canadian Girls look fabulous! It looks like you're healing well :) I wish u all the best!

Hi. I love your "girls". They look really nice. I think it can only get better.
How are you feeling? How has the recovery been so far?
Thank you and recovery has been so much better then I thought. That was my biggest worry. I did take a week off of work and still wear the ace bandage at night only because I am a side sleeper and even though i know I have to stay on my back awhile I try to turn on side during sleep so that's where the bandage comes in and hold them in nice and tight. I have never been in pain only discomfort.
Oh that awesome to hear. That is the same experience my BFF had.
Great to hear you are doing well.
