None of the fat stayed. Probably from me laying on it while recovering from my bbl, had no choice obviously. I still want to fix my face, I refuse to be a butter-face if I can help it.

You don't need any, trust me.

Butterface?? You're beautiful. I think you need to see a psychiatrist not a plastic surgeon.

You're very pretty. That said, if your doc tried to convince you that BBL made the fat go away, that is BS. I've had this done twice. You were way underfilled. Your face should have been a balloon on day 2. Mine was too much for 3 weeks. It didn't look great until 2 months. Your doc put nothing in.

you look great. Young and herlthy. How did you choose your surgeon? Facial fat grafting is one of the more complex and skill dependent results. A surgeon can lose 80% of the fat he injects or 10% depending on his skill level. Take some time to yourself and revisit this in a year or so.

For those of you that understand my need for fixing the obvious (my droopy cheek situation) what do you think I can do? Buccul fat removal? Cheek implants? Mini face lift? I'm not open to fillers because they never last!!! They last me like 2 weeks.

I think initially the fat goes down, then will plump back up with time, from what I understand. I wouldn't suggest any of those other procedures because you're so young. I've had a chin implant before and it looked terrible and I started growing scar tissue at my gum line, so I had to remove it. $3000 waste! There are added risks to cheek implants, such as infection, because they are inserted through your mouth. I personally would be afraid to get them. You might want to wait a couple months before doing anything else to see if your fat plumps back up. Trust me, it's better to be under filled. Trying to remove it when you're over filled is a nightmare, from what I understand. I know patience is difficult when you spend the money for an immediate result, but waiting awhile might end up giving you the result you want. It would suck to get implants or something and then the fat plumps too and you end up too filled.

Cheeks are almost gone but top lip okay

Like the title says. My cheekbones are pretty much all the way down. Especially my right. Thinking about it, for my BBL, I obviously have to sleep on my stomach hence laying on the face. I just wish the doctor would've pointed that out in preop when I decided to add it on. Ya know. I wasn't thinking clear but it's common sense now that I'm with it. My cheekbones are uneven at this point and I'm hoping my left gown down too. At least I'll have an even face. My top lip remains larger than before (bottom lip was large to began with)

Have you been icing your cheeks? I was told to keep icing to a minimum because it could potentially kill the new fat cells before they have a chance to "stick".

I didn’t ice them. :(

the reason is that nobody can say how much of fat cells can survive so on the right side you had bad luck.
Why you dont think about a second fat grafting surgery?
