I'll be getting a BBL and in addition to that, I'll be having fat transferred to my lips, marionette indents & cheekbones. I'm a 25 year old female with slight facial volume loss due to a stressful time in my life. I've done juvaderm for my lips & lip folds before but want a more permanent solution. Also adding cheekbone volume to have more prominent cheek bones and a balanced face.

Should say at top of my review but it's a $2500 add on to my BBL. I'm in Burnsville, MN for surgery. Flew in for it.

My lipo review is on my BBL review. It’s decent. Some intentions, even with religion garment wear & lymphatic massage. Starting Velashape 3 this week, hoping it helps.

Today I had my BBL! I added fat transfer to my face, areas previously listed. So far, I'm a tad swollen & bruised but LOVE the outcome. I actually felt comfortable not wearing makeup for the first time in a long time. I hope I don't lose too much fat because I'm seriously so happy. It doesn't hurt at all and feels soft to the touch. I recommend sleeping on a neck pillow to not sleep on one side of your face if you got the BBL as well.

Thank you for sharing this :) you are wonderful to share with us. I have a question: was the fat injected under the dermis (subcutaneously), in the muscle or under the muscle?

I have no idea. I'm assuming under the dermis because that's where they would place other fillers.
