How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Implant size
I decided to go with 492cc silicone medium profile implants.

I have always been a “thicker” girl. Larger thighs, larger butt and just wanted the breasts to match.
When I was a freshman in high school I had a growth spurt, the rest of my body developed and my breasts matched those of an 11 year old boy. Fabulous. Needless to say, this breast augmentation was a long time coming.
I did a lot of research over the past few years for doctors in the area, looking through their galleries, and scheduling consultations. After meeting with Dr. Vartany, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to perform my surgery. The “vibe” of this office is like family, everyone genuinely cares for each other and you can feel that when you come in. Dr. V is not only a phenomenal surgeon but one of the kindest men I have come to know.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elvia (the surgical tech), Lynette (the recovery nurse), and Dr. Olea (the anesthesiologist), such a fantastic team.
I had my surgery September 11, 2015 so it has been almost exactly 2 months since my surgery and I am beyond thrilled.
My surgery took place on a Friday and I was back to work on Tuesday. My recovery went so smoothly, I took my pain medication for about 3 days after surgery and that was it! In hindsight I could have, in fact, SHOULD have switched to regular Tylenol after the second day.
One thing I would recommend for anyone that is sensitive to nausea, request a prescription for a scopolamine patch or something to combat nausea prior to surgery. That helped me a lot, along with listening to my body and eating a little something every time I needed a pain pill.
In addition to my breast augmentation I also had liposuction of the abdomen. I had never considered lipo before but I had always had a stubborn “band” of fat on my lower stomach. Dr. V advised me there would be a slight improvement if I decided to do it and I am SO glad that I did! That “slight” improvement makes ALL the difference, he did a beautiful job! I obviously still need to tone up to get the stomach I want, but this is night and day difference for me already! I can now wear more fitted shirts and dresses without that extra little bump present. Next stop, the gym!
