Over this emotional roller coaster ride.

WORTH IT$4,100
The last post said I had come to terms with my eyes, but boy this is one crazy emotional roller coaster ride I am on. I love them one minute, then I see a photo of myself, then I am not happy with them.
I don't regret getting them done at all, they do look fantastic and they are what I wanted. Just still struggling with the size difference still.
I am 2days short of 6 weeks post op.

Merry Christmas! Your results are beautiful! Maybe give yourself time until the three month mark and then reevaluate about getting the ptodos fixed. I don't know how difficult that is but am sure it can be done if you want to! Either way your results are beautiful!! Hope mine turn out that way...
Ptosis! Lol! Stupid spell check...
Give yourself one year. There is no hurry when it comes to elective surgery.
Yep, no rush. After a year I think I'll just accept them as me. I'm ok now. So much better than what they were and not sure if it's worth the worry for 1or 2 mm.
You look great!!

So glad you are happy! They look beautiful :)
My best friend went for a second surgery because her ptosis was still slightly showing. Now she can't fully close her eye and I wish she had left it alone. Your eyes look great be happy and have fun with your hubby!
Yikes! Did your friend use a Occuloplastic surgeon?
She went to a board certified plastic surgeon whose done thousands of eyelid surgeries. Now that my husband sees her eye, he wont let me get my eyes done!! Ptosis is a very different surgery from doing a skin excision but he doent understand.

I've definitely had my doubts about my eyes over the last few days, not due to the surgeon at all, but due to my decision not to fit up my Ptosis. I honestly thought my right eye would lift up itself without the excess skin pushing it down, but also didn't realise how BIG my left eye was going to be which makes the right now look even smaller. Having to remind myself of why I did this in the first place and look back on photos from before to remind myself of how my eyes were.

I have been massaging the over the last week as per my instructions but thinking the massaging may be causing my right eye to sit a little lower as well, so nervous as to keep doing so or not.

Still have swelling on my eyelids.

You look fantastic. Just remember nobody's face or eyes are symmetrical. You will have swelling for quite awhile so don't judge your final outcome just yet. Be patient and watch the changes over the next few months. You look great!
I think you look beautiful!
Looks amazing to me.
I bet you are very happy, you look wonderful.
You look awesome. As per you worrying about the one lid, did they say it was ptosis and did he try and fix it?
Yes they did say, I chose not too at the time, not having done enough resurch about it.
Ah i see. Was curious. Ill need that too if my eye will still shut after a bad bleph
