I had 350 and 325 round mentor silicon implants 8 months ago. To be honest in the. First few days after having the. Surgery I felt that they looked very much to the sides rather and flat in the middle of my chest. But Inwas aware that straight after surgery the shape and position is not what the final results will look like but they will settle in the following months. I was told not to wear any underwire bras for the first few months. About 4-5 months after surgery I notice that when I lay down my breasts fell to the side towards my arm pits. This has progressive got worse and now my chest hollows in the middle and I feel pressure towards my sides where the implants have dropped to! This is lateral displacement and I'am complete side boob with no shape at the front!
I had my surgery in Bangkok and emailed the doctor about my conserns. He told me that my result is a good one and my v shaped chest wall is the cause of this. I was also told that I must wear an underwire bra at all times and for sleeping too! I have since spoken to my surgeon about a revision which he says is possible but not always successful. I feel like he should have offered me more choice in my pre opp if he New My chest wall was V shaped! However he said that he only does round shaped implants and at least a 4 finger space between them in the cleavage area. Do you think my pockets were created to wide especially if the surgeon knew my body make up e.g. V shaped chest wall
What do you suggest are my options now?
