I felt I couldn't wear anything tight that showed...
I felt I couldn't wear anything tight that showed my abdomen. After 2 children my abdominal muscles were completely separated, all the sit ups in the world wouldn't fix that. I was always self conscious and thought I still looked 4 months pregnant. After the surgery I now feel motivated again to exercise and get my back how it looked before kids. I know this is now attainable due to the terrific job Dr. Shatkin did on my abdomen!

Dr. Shatkin explained the surgery in full to me during my consult. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He had excellent bedside manner in the hospital and was very attentive. I had great follow up care, seeing him often after the surgery. He reassured me when I was nervous and always made me feel comfortable. My surgical scar is small and looks great. I would highly recommend him!!!
